best ceviche & fish tacos
The food is so fresh and delicious! The service is great the folks and very attentive and helpful. The only thing I don't like is sometimes the TV is to loud or the music. It makes it difficult to chat because you can't hear each other. But, I've asked them to lower the volume and they have. I have friends who live about 1.5 hour away who like to stop by and enjoy the food here at El Guero.
Enchilada baja shrimp tacos are on point.. perfect level of spice
