Wonderful place. Ordered the Veggie omelette packed full of spinach, onions, mushrooms, green chilies, it was fluffy, light and delicious, served with lightly crisp with a soft center country diced potatoes. Highlights included the grilled beef in betel leaves, salted fish fried rice and stir fry garlic water spinach. And the spring rolls were among the best we've ever had.”

“I remember when they first opened... I had a bad experience and I stayed away for 3 years. The issue was the Counter Service in the bakery the Lady seemed irritated and impatient. So I took my business elsewhere.

I am happy to report that I have since returned and have to say their Italian Sandwich is one of THE BEST I have had in California since leaving Boston (over 30+ years ago) all the ingredients were fresh and that BREAD! OH MY LAAAWWRRDD so chewy and soft on the inside and not to hard on the outside. Truffle Brownies are nice, the selection of cheeses here makes this an convenient one-stop shop for those on this side of town. I also love their selection of cookies perfect for making up a dessert tray.

Whenever I am making a "housewarming welcome" basket I will come in and grab some of their San Marzano Tomato sauce, select one of the homemade pasta's they have and place a slab of Italian cheese to balance it all out.

BTW the counter service has greatly improved.

“I had my birthday party here. The staff went above and beyond. They allowed me to set up my karaoke and Photo Booth and even helped with the set up. The catered food was delicious and plenty for my party of 40+ people. I strongly recommend this place for any special occasion.”

“I've come to this location quite a bit at every time of day (not all in one day). I always get great service. Getting a quick breakfast before teaching 9th and then 12th graders was always enjoyable. The employees were kind and the food was good.

There manager (Lita I believe) was accommodating when an error was made and let me talk about my distaste for chocolate shakes. Very patient, which is greatly appreciated. I may be only ~25, but I just ramble on anywhere I go.

There's also a man who works very quickly (very noticeable) that I see sometimes. He's nice and makes you feel certain that my food and shakes are on the way.

I don't have bad experiences here, the quality is what I expect and I always appreciate everyone's effort and kindness.

And as always, I recommend the app, this location, and leaving a review. I always forget, so hopefully this sheds light on the service.”

“Good day, I would like to recognize three Jack teammates; Vanessa, Jennifer, and Jonathan. Vanessa was the one that actually serviced at the drive thur. But it was a team effort. They make a great team! Jennifer handed me my food ... and she did a wonderful job ...refreshing to receive service with a smile. And when I didn't like my drink Jonathan stepped in and made a suggestion...never knew Jack and a Box had unsweetened raspberry Ice T. It was really a great experience. These days good service is hard to find. I hope that Vanessa, Jennifer, and Jonathan are recognized for there teamwork.”

“As everyone knows unless you have been living under a rock, sorry Patric. Cost of everything has gone up, food, gas prices you name it it’s up. So it’s should not be a shock to anyone that fast food is in that same boat. I am happy to say Petrilli’s Pizza does not fall into that category. They are a hard working small local pizza joint that does not skimp on their toppings. This place has not changed sense they first opened. If you doubt me, give it a try. Order the Petrilli’s specialty pizza and say there’s not enough toppings, I dare you. As a local in Ontario we have to support our local businesses or they will be gone.”

Parking: I've only seen the locations in small strip mall location that have other business that have various parking for them and also other small business combined.”

We waited a couple min thinking maybe they were seeing up inside or something but we saw no one thru the windows so we left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot we saw 2 employees walking up to the store. Not sure if they saw us waiting there or not but their car was parked right behind ours so it seems a little sus. We turned around to go back. Upon entering the 2 employees immediately looked annoyed, no greeting, no interaction of any sorts. Super unprofessional”

The double cheeseburger was really good, the fries were much better than I expected and were seasoned pretty well. “I'm not a regular here, but when the peach ice cream shake is in season, I need my fix. It's the best shake I've ever had. The peach flavor really comes through. The texture is thick and it's always so cold. I love the diced peaches throughout the shake. It's an absolutely delicious summertime treat.”
