“I haven't been able to eat here in years due to my allergies, but when I was younger, I came here every week with my husband. We would always order a 'small' chilli fries, Turkey chilli cheese burgers with an orange bang, always enough to feed ten people generously. Though, I do support this place, I bring my kids but this last visit made me kind of feel different. We went through the driver thru and though I have nothing negative to speak of their food, it was the service, or lack of that got me. This place has always had the hardest workers and they pump out the food, but this last visit made me upset. The woman who works the drive thru took forever to come to the window and when she did, all she did was put out her hand, never greeted us, nor looked our way. She was too involved in her conversation with the three other females she was standing there with. One of them was working, but the rest were just talking, and I'm not gonna lie, this is the first time I've ever experienced this here in the decades long years I've come to this location. She took the card, then eventually she handed it back to my husband, but still never said anything or acknowledged us, never looking our way. She pretty much threw the bags out the window, and all we could do was laugh at how terrible the service was. It was a realization that it's probably better to order inside than it is to deal with her again. Need to get better employees.“

“Easily the best pizza in Upland and the Inland Empire as a whole, and I'd personally argue the best in Southern California. It's at least in the top 3. The owner Mario is the coolest guy, and works hard to make pizza that stands alone. This is a small family operation, so stuck up yuppie influencers might not love the location or decor and straightforward presentation, but the food is what matters. You won't find better for the price.“

“Officially me and my husbands favorite place for pho! When we first came in through the door I was amazed at how beautiful and clean the dining area was. Immediately as we enter we are welcomed and told to sit anywhere we'd like by the server. Within 20-30 seconds, the server brings us glass of waters and menus for us! It took us a while to order because there was so many different variety of delicious plates. The servers were very sweet and mindful of us. They did not once judge us based on our appearance (I was wearing my work clothes and my husband was wearing his gym outfit). I highly recommend this place to try Vietnamese food, absolutely delicious.“

During my visit, I was greeted by one of the employees, Antonia, who went above and beyond in every way possible. From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately set the tone for my visit. It’s rare to see someone in fast food who looks like they truly enjoy their job, but this employee carried themselves with professionalism and friendliness that stood out.

What impressed me the most was her attention to detail and willingness to help. She patiently walked me through the menu when I had a couple of questions, made great suggestions, and even double-checked my order to ensure everything was correct. When my food came out, she took the time to confirm it was fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. “Came here for the first time today and all I can say is BEST BURGER IN TOWN! The chili cheese fries were also amazing! Everything was freshly made and blazing hot (which I liked) The girl behind the register was also great and I could see her working so hard and at a fast pace to get all the orders input into the system and then get them out to all the other customers! I highly recommend this place to everyone!“
