“Second time coming here and food was good again. Also, I like how the waiters and other workers speak spanish so I felt more welcomed (even though Im half American). The place also feels relaxed when youre there eating. Overall, well be coming more often.“
“The Hat in Upland is a beloved local eatery renowned for its generous portions and classic American fare, particularly its pastrami sandwiches. Visitors rave about the vast servings of pastrami, often highlighting it as some of the best on the West Coast, even if it's distinctly different from its New York City counterpart. The restaurant's ambiance is casual, reminiscent of diner/fast food settings, which adds to its charm. The menu is comprehensive, offering a variety of sandwiches, burgers, onion rings, and notably, their chili cheese fries with pastrami. Despite its no-frills environment, The Hat's focus on quality food and substantial portions has earned it high praise. However, some may find the lack of a beer/wine license a downside, especially those who enjoy pairing their pastrami with a cold beer. It's a go-to spot for a quick, satisfying meal, recognized for both its value and the fast, efficient service. Whether it's for a solo meal or a feast with friends, The Hat offers a quintessential fast-food experience with a focus on hearty, flavorful sandwiches.“
“The beacon has split in half and has shrank in size, or they gave me a baby pork beacon. Either way, to serve a beacon this small and thin is an insult to the customer. The server could care less after I mentioned the beacon to him, but he did offer to bring me more for an extra charge. It feels like a lot of the restaurants are Nickle and diming their cliental by either reducing food portions, serving mediocre sizes, or adding surcharges to the bill. I think restaurants use the economy as an excuse for this kind of action.“
“Pretty great breakfast restaurant. Amazing view, right next to an active runway, and the San Gabriel mountains in the background. The outdoor patio is nice, and it has radiant heaters. However, the inside of the restaurant is kind of depressing. The food is very good, and reasonably priced, although $2 extra for cheese in an omelette is a bit much. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and the server was friendly. Overall, I would recommend this place, it's definitely worth going to, especially if you want to see small planes take off up close.“
“I've been to Corky's many times. You're definitely going to have a better experience if you stick with their homemade recipes. Breakfast is good, pot pies are good, dessert pies are good old fashioned pies. However, their menu items geared to attract the 30s and younger crowd are a swing and a miss. Stick with the standards they're good at and you'll be happy.“
“Took 30 minutes to get a water. Sushi was okay and I wouldn’t order the quesotaco not that great. Beer was good lol can’t screw that up and the place looks nice. Hostess was nice and it wasn’t busy at all, only two customers.Kid-friendliness: Kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Ramp and seating“
“Excellent!!! Best authentic Middle Eastern food in town. Owned by a sweet mother and daughter team. Audra and her mom have always been kind to me and my family. We love coming here and recommend this place to others. The falafel plate and wrap are delicious! You must try the salad and lentil soup. Yum!“
“We had a server named Kathy at Brandon's. It was our first time at this specific location. This is our new location. She was the best server I've had in years anywhere and I recommend that anyone and everyone should definitely go there and ask to be served by Kathy. She is absolutely amazing and will make you laugh all the way through your dinner“

“Let's face it, it's the Pies that are the flag ship of this franchise. Excellent Pie & Coffee spot in the form of the old school family diner look & feel. This location has the Bar Area closed off and the Fireplace (not operational) in the meal service area.My favorite Pie: Dutch Apple a la mode (w/ piping hot coffee)“
“The fish and chips are fabulous. Now made with halibut..OMG. The service is wonderful and friendly. The food is always fabulous. My hubby is in LOVE with the Waldorf salad topped with their salmon and the raspberry vinaigrette..We love this place and “
“Went there this past Sunday. It was a good vibe. Food was good but what put this place over the top was the bartender, Hannah. She is sweet, was so attentive, offered a spot on recommendation based on what I wanted to drink and kept us entertained!! Thanks Hannah for the great service. You're an asset to Limericks and your customers.“
“We've been to JD Allison's Bar and Grill before and we realize it's always going to be crowded. We started to find a seat last time but walked back out and walked around shopping before we were able to find a seat.Parking: Street parking in front is almost impossible to find because of the many businesses nearby. There are parking lots behind and a couple of blocks away but it requires a walk while dodging vehicles on the streets.“
“My go to bar in the city the best happy hour and drinks around never watered down the pork belly sliders, and the Parmesan burger are fire the food here is good for it to be a bar the service is good never had a problem. This is a nice place to watch sports games so if you want to have a good time & good drinks this is the place...“
“This is my second time trying out this place. First time adding a review. Overall the quality of service is great. Bartenders are attentive. Stopped in for a night cap and order a couple cocktails. The establishment is great for hanging out with friends and family. We didn't order food but noticed other customers plates and they seemed pleased with their meals. Will definitely try this place again to try out the food.“
“I love soul food, place is clean, the young man behind the counter was sharp and helpful. The food was so delicious, I ordered the Chicken and Waffle + a Peach Cobbler, took a nap and wrote this review :)Parking: Plenty of parking for large or small vehicles“
“Molly's Souper located in downtown Upland is a quaint breakfast spot! Enjoy having breakfast with a great view of the mountains especially when the mountains have snow covering.Food is tasty and decently priced. Service is not bad. Just depends on how busy they are at the time.Delicous dishes to choose from: Chicken fried steak, steak and eggs, breakfast burritos, omelets, and more!Overall 4.5 / 5Taste 4.5 / 5Quality 5 / 5Service 4 / 5Atmosphere 5 / 5“
