“We had such an incredible experience at Bass Pro Shops thanks to Hona ! From the moment we were helped, Hona went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine friendliness truly stood out. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made us feel rushed which is rare these days.

What really impressed us was how attentive and personable he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers having a great experience, not just making a sale. Because of Hona, our visit was smooth, enjoyable and honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time.“

“We are huge fans of BBD, we always stop at one when going out of town. But todays brunch was the worst we’ve ever had. My wife ordered the corned beef hash and the corned beef as like shredded shoe leather, the toast wasn’t even toasted at all, her over easy eggs were over hard. She ordered a side of bacon and it was drenched in grease. My granddaughter ordered French toast which was good but the syrup was like sugar water. I ordered the chili burger which was pretty good, chili was sweet which I don’t care for but that’s a preference. Best part of my wife’s meal was her water. Service was great nor bad, just so so. Will need to really think about returning to BBD or not. Very disappointed. I’m hoping it’s just that specific location and not all.“

“I went to The Hat to celebrate my buddy Gene's 80th birthday. The Hat is one of his favorite eateries. The place is CLEAN, the service friendly and efficient and fast, and the atmosphere friendly. The place was packed for lunch. I enjoyed their Pastrami Dip and yummy onion rings (small order, which was AMPLE!). Gene enjoyed his Steak sandwich and crispy French fries. “There were 16 people in our party, mostly teenagers, who dined to celebrate our son’s birthday. We couldn’t have asked for better staff! We requested if we could occupy the ping-pong/pinball area and Daniel set up our reservation with ease. On the day of our visit, we arrived with the round tables arranged so the kids could all sit together. Menus were already on the table ready for perusal. Sam, our server, was a 10/10 - attentive, friendly, and very professional. Lily periodically cleaned the ping-pong paddles and made sure our area was okay. Greg carried a happy vibe in the DJ booth and noted that we were celebrating our teen’s birthday. He asked permission to greet him overhead - 2 thumbs up! Enrique made sure the game areas were clean and safe and assured us that he was available if we needed any help. Gerald was a great host and helped set up our bowling lanes - always with a smile. Simply superb service. We are extremely happy and satisfied that we held our son’s celebration here. For sure, the people we mentioned are a big part of our reason to come back and celebrate more birthdays for the year.“

The place is small but super clean, food comes out fast, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Honestly, everything about this spot is great — except the coffee. It’s giving donut shop coffee, which I can’t stand. Other than that, highly recommend if you’re in the area!“

“I decided to eat here after a day of Mountain Biking and boy was I not disappointed! I had a great server named Emily. She recommended the short ribs with a red trolley ale. Her recommendation didn’t only hit the spot but made me wanting more!! The atmosphere was welcoming and Emily’s superb customer service has made me life long customer. “My wife and I have been going to this Legends since the beginning of our relationship in 2011. The food has always been great. We introduced our son to this place since he was 7 months. We just celebrated his 5th birthday in February 2026 at Legends. We invited a lot of people, and first time goers were extremely satisfied with their food and the oldies theme provided. I've had most of their burgers and sandwiches. Overall, the best item is their Legends Chili Cheese Fries. I would always recommend that item to those who have not visited. Unfortunately, due to my current health I'm supposed to follow a strict diet. So I ordered both the Garden Burger AND their Avocado sandwich. Both were delicious and filling. I can't wait to go back soon to try their Chicken Breast Salad and Vegetarian Burrito.“

“This was our first time dining at The State, and we'll definitely be returning. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and seated right away thanks to our reservation. Our server was friendly, attentive, and offered great recommendations. We started with the bacon‑wrapped dates—absolutely delicious. For our entrées, we went with the Blackberry Bourbon burgers, which were incredibly juicy and packed with flavor. The ladies seated next to us saw our plates, ordered the same burgers, and loved them just as much! The State is an easy recommendation for anyone looking for great food, good drinks, and exceptional service.“

Brought us water and our drink order promptly. The drinks were nice and strong. The demographic is all over the place both young and old. It's a chill spot. I’m half Filipino and have eaten plenty of lumpia in my lifetime…I love their unique take while still keeping the flavor on the traditional side. Also had the pork belly bowl and added a fried egg…yum! Easy to place an order. Atmosphere is great because it’s in Haven City Market, and I’ve found that there is usually plenty of indoor/outdoor seating even if busy and so many other yummy places to try in addition to Belly & Snout. They have adobo tacos on their menu, fusion and variety = fun :)“

“Huge Thanks to Mr. Daniel J. Our fabulous server on 4/30 during a late nite dinner rush. We actually had planned to celebrate my son's 18th birthday at another location that had games and such, but I won't mention the name local attraction at the Ontario Mills Mall. But unfortunately, that said location, had only one waiter and he forgot about us and did not come back to take our order for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, the other three families that came in after us already had their meals. Totally understandable that it probably was not his fault since they were low staffed. However we ventured off to BJ's late last night and was incredibly impressed by Mr. Daniel's quick and efficient service. I'm so grateful that he made our son's 18th celebration as success.
