“We came to eat breakfast, it wasn’t too busy yet. Our server Julia was the best! She was always checking on us making sure we were still okay, making sure we always had refills. She had a smile the minute she came to greet us. I would definitely come back!“

“Pretty good selection of micro-brews. It may be a little smaller than the offering they had when they were located a few doors down at the corner of Gary & 2nd, but it's good enough. I've now forgotten the wheat ale I ordered, but it was local and it was good. The brisket sandwich I ordered was outstanding. We must have hit the bartender at a bad moment because when we arrived he didn't seem too keen on our arrival. When I asked what beer was new or something he could recommend, he kind of blew me off. Thought it kind of odd. But, he did come around and grew pretty chill as our lunch progressed. Chalk it up to a bad moment that I don't think had anything to do with us. All in all, I like the Rookery; hanging out on the back patio with a microbrew and a sandwich was exactly what I was looking for.“

“Had my Birthday dinner last week here. My husband took me for a surprised dinner at this place. We had sumptious, delightful food (kudos to the chef), loved its rusty-cozy ambiance, the overlooking view. Excellent overall even no complimentary..just kidding😉🙃😅😁 Highly recommended.“

“This bar /restaurant has excellent food and excellent service. The waitress went above and beyond. A couple people from our group don't drunk alcohol. They were out of Ice tea. She went back and brewed some just for us .
We were up for the NHRA races and just stumbled across this restaurant. We will add this to our list for next year..“

“We stumbled upon this establishment while visiting Pomona for a BMW event. The reviews don't lie. The burgers were amazing, juicy, tasty and delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating -especially Dario, he took his time to explain their cooking process, how the patties are made, and even went over all the sauces with us. Oh, did I mention their fries? They are fried in beef tallow and are incredibly addicting! Portion sizes were more than enough. Will be coming back!“
