“I order takeout from here all the time because the food is very very very good. The service is always very excellent My only concern is where it's located. I usually get delivery because I don't like the location of where this is. If it wasn't located where it is I would definitely be going there quite often. “My boyfriend and I came to Lily’s Tacos after my sister, who lives nearby, recommended it to us. It was our first time here, and we were definitely not disappointed! The food was amazing. I ordered the combination taco plate, and my boyfriend got five tacos. The asada was flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the horchata was absolutely delicious. We cleaned our plates and enjoyed every bite. We would definitely recommend this spot and will absolutely be coming back!“

“I was looking for a place nearby on my lunch break - and was craving teriyaki. Price is decent for portion. I got a chicken and beef teriyaki bowl, and the food was very savory. I just wish they added a scoop of veggies to make it a more balanced meal. But still tasty.“

“I love Yume’s bahn mi. It’s tasty, cheap for a good portion ($9.42 with tax), and comes out quickly. I’ve also had the combination fried rice, and it was very good as well. There is some indoor seating and plenty of outdoor tables. The owner is super nice as well!“

“It's in front of a house, family-run with them opened on sat and sun only. They sell mainly iced coffees and breakfast burritos. I got their pumpkin olla and chorizo burrito. The burrito ($5) came with scrambled eggs, potatoes, onions, cheese, and cilantro with green salsa. The burrito was a bit small but it was good. The iced coffee was not too bitter and not overly sweet.

They take zelle, venmo, and cash, the people were nice and the wait time was not long. Street parking only and it's a busy street.“

“We have been coming here for a couple years and the customer service is great, Cindy makes you feel special and is always attentive to our needs and everyone around us , her friendly smile and great service makes us keep coming back. The best cooks are there in the kitchen making flavorful dishes like nowhere else at a decent price. Place is always clean, stopt by if youre in the Pomona area.“

“UPGRADED TO FOUR STARS ON 3/20/26
This time I went for Friday Lenten fish lunch and ordered cod. I took my time to savor the coating and the fish. Coating was definitely southern in style (not English batter) and had good flavor with a hint of spiciness to it. Not salty like before either or cornbread heavy. Very balanced. Fish was a bit thin but the portion was generous in the number of pieces (5). The hush puppies had a bit of bite to them from perhaps a green pepper. French fries were good. Tarter sauce good but would have liked more for the large portion of fish. Will definitely come back and I now recommend! Only reason for a four star rating was that I had to wait an hour for my order (I left and came back) and the portion of tarter sauce was too small.

First time here and will likely be my last. Ordered the lunch special with fried cod, which was reasonably priced $9.75, including a drink. Meal included fried cod, hush, puppies, fried shrimp, french fries, a very small amount of tartar sauce, hot sauce and ketchup. Batter on the cod and shrimp was cornmeal, and had a bit too much black pepper in it. Cod was tasteless and overwhelmed by the batter. Shrimp had a bit more flavor but were very small. Hush puppies were tasty but not the reason why I came here. Overall, a charming location with a lot of history, but whose time has likely passed.“

From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude that it made the entire experience enjoyable. She took her time with my order, made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was how comfortable and valued she made me feel as a customer. She was professional, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service. Employees like Natalie are the reason people come back, and her hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. “OK, YUM!! I’ve been on a huge hojicha kick lately since the caffeine is usually gentler than matcha. I’ve had bad luck in the past with shops giving me massive servings (37g!) that kept me up all night, so I’m always a bit cautious.

I finally decided to try Smoking Tiger after seeing them all over socal, and I’m so glad I did! I told the staff I’m super caffeine sensitive, and they were incredibly accommodating, offering to make alterations just for me. Love that attention to detail! I'll be a regular from now on!

“Adorable boba shop located in a shopping center that has a variety of places to eat and shop. I like that you can adjust the amount of sugar in the drinks. The cashier was very helpful when picking out a flavor which would be good with the less sugar option. I got the mango cream which was really good.“

“Farmer Boys never disappoint. When I lived in Chino in the late 80's I lived next door to the original location on Philadelphia. My roommates and I had to restrain ourselves from walking next door all the time. The zucchini sticks were our favorite. I left Southern Californiain in 1998. On every visit to LA area, Farmer Boys never disappoints.“

“I have been here a few times. The meals, as with any Burger King, were delicious. The place was clean, as usual. The prices for the meals were quite fair, I cannot complain in that front. There were plenty of seats, to sit down, and eat the meal inside. The only drawback is that you have to pay to use the bathroom. Other than that, it is a good fast-food restaurant!“

“I was very impressed with my first trip to Golden Corral in Pomona California. I’m a gig driver and I found myself in San Dimas around 2 PM. By the time I finished driving in that area it was close to 3 and I was tired of fast food so I did a Google search for all you can eat restaurants in the area and Golden Corral popped up first.

Overall the food was good. I think they need to stay away from creating Chinese dishes because they’re just a total fail. Their chow mein basically tasted like sugar noodles. But their clam chowder was absolutely delicious (except for the soggy celery in it) as was their salad bar (they also have a fruit bar but I got too full to even sample one piece, maybe next time). The french fry planks and potato wedges were totally to die for! I’m a huge potato fan. I seriously thought I had room for more but I got so full that I had to unbutton my pants when I got back in the car! 🫣🤣

When I got there they were running their senior pricing and since I am a senior my dinner, including tax, was pennies over $16. I don’t think you could beat that! If I had stopped at Del Taco and just gotten two large fries it would’ve been half that price.

The only sad part is that I live in the San Fernando Valley and the nearest one is over 21 miles away from me. 😔 Come on Golden Corral, build a location in the San Fernando Valley because you would make a killing!!

PS: sadly I didn’t get her name but my server was very personable and attentive. I tipped her before I even finished my meal because I could see how much work she was doing in the entire restaurant. She was a very sweet young Hispanic woman that wore her hair pulled back in a soft bun. If you’re lucky enough to have her when you go there, I know you’ll see how hard a worker she is and please remember to tip her. ❤“
