Starbucks Coffee Company is located right off the 71 FWY on Rio Ranch Rd and Rancho Camino Dr (near WinCo). This spot is super convenient with plenty of parking, a clean inside lobby, and a quick drive-thru. Normally a go to location, service and beverage quality has been consistent all through out for the past 2 years. The team has been very nice, pleasant and engaging. One customer noted the 'hot Sunsera Blend/Blond Roast' was perfectly fresh. Drinks were handcrafted beautifully with flavor and presentation a 10/10. The staff was nice and friendly with eachother. However, the past month or so has been a disappointment with multiple drink orders getting things wrong, whether add ons or forgetting to put in the espresso. Despite this, other experiences included great customer service, welcoming and efficient staff, and a cashier who offered an alternative when an item was out of stock. A customer who comes to study noted a purchase is required for the restroom. Overall, many customers have had a great experience and will definitely stop here again.
