Charles, in the lobby area, was very serious about his job. A friendly and worthwhile worker who is always on his job.
Went drive-thru as usual nothing out of the ordinary untill I got my hashbrowns...not what I usually get from this prime location. Cooked to a potato crisp....even ordered 2 with my meal and both were like the other if not worst. Do better guys I had dental work done and it hurt to try to consume your product today.
Drive thru today. Slow while busy. Pick up order window handed me drink and bag at same time so I had to two hand it. My Rewards item was not in the bag after I drove away. Not the first time this location has let service slide
