“Visited here when we were visiting Dr Stranges record store. The shop front can be a little hard to see as it doesn’t have a sign. Keep an eye out for the beauty school. It’s right beside that! On the street with several antique stores, we managed to get parked right opposite. My partner and I shared some fish tacos and a Philly cheese steak. Both were fantastic! Prices are really good. The staff were lovely, very friendly to everyone who came in. The whole place had a great community feel to it. Would highly recommend. Also check the opening hours on Google as the owner stated they were open later but happy cow had not updated.”

Sergio was the man n the kitchen and Lawd have mercy he threw down, so much so that we ordered food to go. Can’t wait to come back!”

We must have hit the bartender at a bad moment because when we arrived he didn't seem too keen on our arrival. When I asked what beer was new or something he could recommend, he kind of blew me off. Thought it kind of odd. But, he did come around and grew pretty chill as our lunch progressed. Chalk it up to a bad moment that I don't think had anything to do with us. All in all, I like the Rookery; hanging out on the back patio with a microbrew and a sandwich was exactly what I was looking for.”

The staff was attentive and efficient, regularly clearing used dishes. The food was excellent, and the buffet setup worked well to accommodate our guests.”

As we were eating the food in walks a worker from the restaurant because they forgot to put shrimp in his rice. The dedication to service required to drive over to us to drop it off without us calling really shows the care they provide to their customers. We will definitely be back!”

I don't know what's up, but it doesn't seem like they want to be there, or at least they aren't interested in good customer service.”

Although the prices for the food choices have gone up drastically. I use to go about 2x a week with my brother... now it's like 1x a month sometimes 1x every 2/3 months. Her name was Ana. 11/29/21 This restaurant is usually fairly good about not putting mayo on burgers if asked but not today. 2 out of 3 all of which were specifically told no mayo on them didn't have mayo, but the third, had a flippin' load put on it! Anyway, please listen to your customers closely in the future. the cashier's name was Yamilex.”

“Where, do I start my story? First, this restaurant is located on the border of Pomona and Claremont. Second, sadly, I only recently found out, that this place existed. I would pass by the area, ignoring the area of strip mall. So, one weekend in April of 2024, while leaving my job, I decided to stop by this establishment, and try Chinese food for dinner. Regardless of it, let's return to the third point. Third, the food was delicious, and their portions were quite big. Fourth, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. Fifth, the service, at least, during my visit, was prompt and helpful. Sixth, the place was clean and neat. Seventh, the prices, too, were fair. So, overall, I had a positive experience visiting this establishment in beginning of April of 2024. Therefore, if anyone is in Pomona and Claremont area, I would recommend to stop by this establishment. The prices, too, are worth the visit!”
