Innovation Brew Works is a restaurant and brewery known for its high-quality food and beverage offerings. They offer a variety of choices, including gluten-free crusts and fully customizable pizzas. The Elote Pizza is a standout option. The atmosphere is modern and rustic, making it a great spot for both large and small groups. Prices are on the higher end, with items like a chicken club sandwich priced a little steep for its size, but the food's quality and flavor make it a worthwhile treat. The restaurant features a wonderful selection of beer at very good prices, especially during happy hour. Beer enthusiasts can enjoy a wide variety of core and seasonal brews, along with craft sodas. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing extras like extra veggies at no additional cost. The spacious interior includes high tables and low tables, with plenty of seating both inside and out. There is even a rack with board games in the back, adding to the friendly vibe. While the time to get food can be a bit long at times, customers appreciate the overall experience, making it an ideal location for gatherings during big games or events.
