I see a lot of mixed reviews, but I had a good experience here. My iced tea was fine. I stayed for a few hours (working) and easily got my free refills (Starbucks card/app perk). The servers were all pleasant and considering how busy it was, it wasn't an outrageously long wait to get my order. A lot of people come to either study or talk. My drink was awesome. I changed my mind and made my drink larger, and it was still really good even if it was poured into another cup. The only reason it's not a 5 star place is the extremely dirty look and eyeroll that I received when I asked if I could change my order.
