“The food was good. I got the black pepper chicken and the tiki masala, 2 item combo.
I’ll save my more critical review this time because the food was decent.
I think for the price they could serve larger portions and the $1 “custom” card charge is a little steep. I’d be reluctant to go back because of the price but if you’re in the area and craving Indian food, this place is a solid option.
They have an express style set up like the Chinese food spots and a range of options you can have made fresh to order.“

“We had the opportunity to have lunch at the BAPS Shayona cafe in LA, and it was a wonderful experience.

“If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors, this place truly hits the spot. I absolutely loved it—especially after so long, it was amazing to finally enjoy fresh sweets like the ones back in India. The Bengali sweets are to die for; they taste incredibly pure, with no doughy flavor—just rich, authentic chenna.
On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent. The person at the front desk went out of their way to make sure we had a great dining experience.“

Got a vegan potato and chickpea curry, vegetable samosa, small rice and whole wheat garlic bread. My one critique is I asked for extra spicy and it was about a medium to me and the place is dated interior. The waiting staff and table service was truly exceptional, water refills were always on point lol. No question, will come here again!“

“The food was delicious. We had dinner at this place first time and were very good. My son paid double tip to them and they told my son you already paid tip and took off extra tip from our bill. This is first time I like food at any Indian restaurant. If come back to Calli I will eat food at this restaurant.we came from Texas at my son’s graduation . He was used to come to this restaurant all the time when he was studying there.“

“Late review but I was just thinking about this place. Came here on Christmas Day with my family last year and it was delicious. Everything tasted good, lots of selection in the buffet and delicious desserts. Service was excellent. If I lived nearby I would be a regular.“
“This place is heaven for desi people, they sell groceries but also have their little restaurant inside, you can eat all things here from dosa to smosa, cholle bhature to sarso ka saag. These guys are really friendly. Specially uncle aunty ji, they are very humble. Apart from it they sell sweet too, man i buy sweet everysingle time whenever i visit there.“

“The best Indian restaurant! GREAT prices & DELICIOUS food. The 3 item plate with Garlic Naan is a go to for my boyfriend and I - the Coconut Chicken & Tikka Masala are our favorites for the combo plate, but we also get the Tandoori Chicken Pizza sometimes and it is AMAZING! We recommend this restaurant to all of our friends and family. So much flavor, great customer service, generous servings.“
