We ordered and picked up food for 6 people. Everything was delicious! As a vegetarian, my favorites are Dal Makhani & Malai Kofta Curry with rice and naan. Others enjoyed the Tikka Masal & Tandoori Tapia. We keep coming back because the food is consistently good.
Five stars for the food alone. Pani puri and chicken korma tasted fantastic. You can tell everything is made fresh and hot. But the service and wait time can dampen the mood. For a mid-week dinner, the place was surprisingly busy. They had a large to-go order right before the dinner rush, so everything was sadly so slow. Daddy Ji needs to be officially ranked number 1 best Indian restraunt in LA county because their food is hands down the best/best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to. We ordered the masala uttapam, paneer tikka masala, rabri gulab juman, basmati rice, and a mango lassi to drink while dining in. The food did take 20 minutes to come out but it was worth the wait. Daddy Ji Finest Indian Cuisine is a small but mighty spot with a large menu of greatly different things. A puri appetizer served cold was delightful. The roasted dark meat butter chicken was delicious, as was the chenna naan. The naan bread was soft, perfectly baked, and absolutely delicious. Stir fried spicy fish was great, with garlic naan, and their Rose iced tea. My friend had the butter chicken with strawberry iced tea. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes and lets customers customize spice level. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the dining experience even better. The restaurant has uplifting energy, impeccable Indian food, and caring customer service. It is a local hot spot in the Pomona - Claremont area and is worth a visit for authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine with amazing service.
