I always wanna love this place but everytime I go it always is so underwhelming. The food is expensive for what you get and the service tends to be mediocre due to them being understaffed (not their fault). I would go for a cup of coffee and maybe a croissant-but much better breakfast places .
I'd give this place 3.5 stars if possible. THe latte was the right temperature and smooth. The chocolate almond croissant was perfectly flaky with the right amount of chocolate and almond flavor.But where the dish and experience fell short was the omelette. For an omelette, it was a little runny. If I'm in the mood for sunny side up eggs or eggs over medium, I'll get them, but omelettes have a non-runny standard for me. this has been one of my favorite spots for quite a few years. it's a gem!! the food is great, you can't really go wrong with anything here, the deco is soooo cute and adds to the overall atmosphere for a warm Cafe vibe (especially the bakery jn the front!!!) their chamomile tea is really good. the waiters/waitresses and hosts/hostesses are always very kind and welcoming. highly recommend!!!
