Casa Maguey Reviews
Food was good. Service was horrible. Not worth the price. El torito has a much better brunch buffet!!!
Delicious food and great atmosphere
This was my first time at the restaurant, and for brunch. It was for a birthday celebration. The World Cup final was on TV, so the restaurant was crowded, cramped, and loud. I did not enjoy myself. Plus, parking is not convenient, and the mens bathroom has 1 stall for the entire place. I hope for a better experience if I return.

Casa Maguey is a popular restaurant that offers homemade-tasting food, focusing on fresh and tasty ingredients. The menu features a variety of dishes, including a tamarind margarita that is made to order. The restaurant has a generous Mexican food buffet available daily, with a wide range of options such as pozole, menudo, ceviche, and mole that surprise diners. The fajitas are cooked perfectly, and customers enjoy the delicious chips and salsa, as well as the hand-made tortillas. The food is generally good, with highlights like shrimp enchiladas and well-balanced spices. Portions are described as huge, and the $17 lunch buffet is considered an incredible value, especially with $5 margaritas available. The restaurant can be quite busy, especially on holidays, and service may sometimes be slow. Some customers have noted long wait times and issues with ordering and receiving food, but many appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff. Despite these challenges, Casa Maguey is a great option for a casual meal, offering a nice vibe inside and out, with live music on weekends, making it a go-to spot for many.
