“I needed a place to meet my case worker in Claremont so I Googled and found this place. My former voucher housing was down Foothill but somehow I never noticed this place. Glad I did. It's comfortable and convenient. My case worker said she would definitely be back and so will I. I just read on the website that all proceeds go to charity and I'm in awe. It's exactly my kind of establishment. Thank you God bless.“

“I went into this Starbucks because of my last experience. My order was taken again by a gentleman named Dom. I told him what my order was and I was a little surprised at how I was being charged; most places charge me for a tall cup of sweet cream-like milk, but Dom did not overcharge me. He charged me for a short cup. This is the first Starbucks that has gotten it right in a while. My drinks were made quickly by a gentleman named Dallas, and my food was ordered promptly as well by a gentleman named Daniel. I will continue to come back to Starbucks because of the service and the attention to detail when charging customers. I usually don’t buy from corporate coffee, but because the store is so friendly and charges correctly, I will support this business. I also did purchase a cup toddler and I asked about the new Starbucks release Snoopy cups and Dom provided information regarding the cup release.“

“The best customer service we ever had! We were traveling to LA for the Harry Styles’ shows and ordered the cherry pants and added expedited shipping so they would arrive before we had to catch our plane. Two days out and still no pants. Working with McKenna and Katie, they offered to drop off a pair at our hotel when we arrived. Fortunately the pants showed up the day before our flight so they didn’t have to make that trip. I would definitely order from them again, super great customer service and cute cute cute items!“

“Excellent coffee and specialty drinks with multiple larger sizes available (unlike some places), prices are decent for the good quality drinks. Parking can be tricky at times. A/C was working good to keep it comfortable for enjoying my treat.“

“Stopped in for a quick lunch and ended up staying longer than planned because the patio was surprisingly peaceful. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich, and the pesto had a nice homemade taste not overly oily. The bread was a little denser than I prefer, but the flavors worked well together. Friendly staff and a relaxed vibe make it a solid casual stop.“

“Iced Match Latte is the only thing I get at Starbucks. Thought I'd try it here, but it came in a TALL, which is a TINY cup. And with block ice in it rather than a small amount of chipped ice, the drink was gone in a sip. And for $5.25. Please note that the standard size for this drink is a Grande. With only one size option available, people will expect that size. The TALL is so small. Nice atmosphere and kind staff, so I did not complain as I don't seek to make workers feel bad for something that is not their fault. I will stick to the main stores in the area though, since this is the only drink I get.“
