“This place is a favorite to stop by if I'm in the area.

The matcha with cream topping is delicious. The topping is not your typical cold foam. This is a denser cream topping.

I have also had the coffee with grapefruit cream topping, and it was delicious. And it has real grapefruit in it too.

My favorite pastry there has to be the croffle (croissant + waffle). It's delicious whichever flavor you get. But I like it simple and get the plain croffle.

Parking: Parking spots are very narrow.“

“We stopped by to get a coffee before doing some shopping in target. This Starbucks is located in target .The structure is a smaller one than the Starbucks we’ve been too.The young female employee was working by herself. She is a very hard worker, courteous and friendly. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls near the front entrance.

“I went in to pick up 2 cakes and 2 cakes slices. There were 2 young men working the counter. I came to find out their names were Matt and Benny. Matt was the one working the register and Benny was labeling bread. I was approaching the register when Matt stepped away, leaving Benny up front. I waited for what felt like 10 minutes, with Matt being no where in sight and Benny just labeling bread. Here is what I find to be a pet preeve of mine. If you are in customer service, your main objective is to serve the customer. Not labeling bread and clearly seeing someone standing at the register and continue to label bread as if it's not his responsibility to handle customers. Even if it isn't, the customer doesn't know that, so it's a bad look. By the time Matt returned to the register I forgot the name of the cake I saw in the display and he took my order wrong because we almost walked away with 1 cake slice instead of the 2 I asked for. These are easy fixes that this establishment can work on, wether it be better customer service training or hiring people who actually want to work. Now mind you this encounter happened 3 weeks ago, but the reason why I'm posting publicly now is because I did post on Paris Baguette's website first only to come and find out that the intended reader never saw the post. So a lot of good that does to have the manager on the responses recommend going on their website to post a complaint only for it to get lost in the abyss of their dead email pile. Their sandwiches are always good and so are the cakes, but that is not enough to keep customers coming back, it's also the feeling that the establishment appreciates their customers. “This is a boba shop that is still popular in the neighborhood because of its reasonable prices. There are many middle and high school students, and adults also stop by occasionally. I hope this boba shop continues to do well. The taste is also good. I especially recommend the watermelon slush boba.“
