I always drive thru,… this morning I ordered bacon egg cheese McGriddle, 2 sausage eggs and cheese McMuffins and a sausage cheese McMuffin and they gave me everything but the sausage cheese McMuffin sandwich, and then when they replaced the sandwich they gave me a sandwich that cost only $3.20 instead of the $4.49 that they charged me when they forgot to give that sandwich to begin with. Ms Frost really shocked me! We was headed to a tournament , from Columbus. Running a few minutes late, but Ms Frost was on her toes and a delight to watch. she was in control of her staff, everyone was working proficiently, and she did it being very polite to them and FAST! I admire her professionalism and wanted to let it be known, she's an awesome leader! we travel a lot, and don't always experience nice or even people that hate their job. I've been going to this MacDonald's for breakfast several times a month for quite a few years. Until recently, I've not really had any complaints. However, they're slipping, both in service and quality of food. If you go in the morning before 10, there is usually no one dedicated to take orders in the drive-thru. Instead, one of the servers is usually multi-tasking, which means it may take everyone 5 minutes to place a simple order because the person taking the orders is too busy...read full review
