However, some drinks are a hit-and-miss, and cold brew is not always available. One customer received an empty gift card after a cold brew issue. The baristas are frequently praised. One barista was really nice and said goodbye as she was leaving. Angie is absolutely amazing with a magnetic positivity, genuine warmth, and a huge smile. She makes caramel ribbon crunches with speed and a personal touch. Other standout employees are Melanie, Britney, and Henry, who worked hard with a line of 50 people. The hiring manager must be incredible for finding such a phenomenal crew. Despite some inconsistencies with lattes and blonde coffee after 11am, the delicious coffee and food, along with the outstanding young people, make it a place worth returning to.
