RUDE drive thru : I've never had a problem with them.. until today. Ordered a white choc mocha, hot, then i said with ALMOND MILK.. The girl taking my order must have heard "TOFFEE NUT SYRUP" because that appeared on the screen. I said , oh I wanted Almond milk. She added that on the screen. I said, but what is that Toffee nut syrup?.She preceded to tell me THATS WHAT I HAD SAID to her. Rude baristas, they don't value their customers paying like Us, they make or create problems that do not exist at other Starbucks. Their refusal of service, claims of broken equipment, and malfunctioning registers is a joke and fake. Please do not transfer these idiots down the street, Diamond Bar can't afford two bad Starbucks, just this one ?
