Here's your cup of coffee at 6 am with an attitude. I asked the employee if she could throw away my Starbucks coffee from earlier and very rudely she said "I can't throw away your trash for you". It's not what she said but how.Considering last week this Starbucks gave me the WRONG drink. I had to drive back from work on my break to get the right one- I did not rudely tell them you gave me the wrong drink I politely stated- hey, you guys gave me the wrong drink and then they took the old sbux cup and threw it away from me. Which is why I thought this morning asking them to throw an old sbux cup away was not an unrealistic ask.A better way to answer would of been like "oh hey our policy is not to take trash from customers." Obviously someone shouldn't be given the 6am shift. Aren't you guys supposed to have customer service? So not the right way to start the day.

RUDE drive thru : I've never had a problem with them.. until today. Ordered a white choc mocha, hot, then i said with ALMOND MILK.. The girl taking my order must have heard "TOFFEE NUT SYRUP" because that appeared on the screen. I said , oh I wanted Almond milk. She added that on the screen. I said, but what is that Toffee nut syrup?.She preceded to tell me THATS WHAT I HAD SAID to her. I said no, I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS or that that was an option..ive never asked for extra anything. (I don't even like toffee nut candy!)I was never rude to her..I don't want that, just Almond Milk. She says... "I HEARD IT FROM YOUR MOUTH"... she finally removes it from the screen..wow, the sas from this girl at 6:35 am on a Monday... For something SHE misunderstood through this speaker.. BUT yet I had CORRECTED before I moved foward to pay...Fast foward.. I asked for the receipt just to make sure they didn't charge me for toffee nut syrup. I pull off . Jump in feeway and then notice the label...

More than once I've had to deal with wrong orders & slow drive thru times at this store. recently I again received wrong order while in the drive thru. I parked to go back into store only to find the store "closed " and only drive thru open. Waited thru long, slow line again to get correct order. It took 40 minutes to get 1 coffee.

Service is just awful. They take their time to acknowledge you because prepping drinks and other mobile and drive through orders are more important than those who walk in. I waited for 3 minutes to order a drink then gave up and walked out. This place needs to improve by attentive to customers who walks into the lobby than worrying about drive through and mobile orders! Such a growing disappointment of this Starbucks location!

Nice and quick Starbucks. Way better than the one in the Target store. Target store is small and doesn't heat up snacks. But to be honest Starbucks is super expensive.

I went this morning to get the frozen passion fruit and the young man on the drive through got my order wrong twice and third time it was literally like he just missed whatever in the sink I had no time o go back and argue this since I had to go to work service food was awful and he forgot to give me my ham and Swiss
