The staff are always friendly and welcoming, providing warm customer service from the moment customers arrive. There is never a long wait for orders, and staff ensure everything is correct and well presented. The store is clean and simple. Ordering can be done with an iPad, which is easy. While the cookies are a little costly, they are a nice occasional treat. The warm cookies are the best, especially when they come out of the oven.
