50 Best Ice Cream Shops near Diamond Bar

“It is a famous ice cream franchise that I have visited several times because of my children. The price is more expensive than Baskin Robbins. I am not sure about the taste. However, it is a popular ice cream shop among children. The interior is clean and you can add various toppings. Come with a full wallet.“

“The açaí bowls are the best!“

“Nice owners! Great service! Great prices! The Parlor serves frozen yogurts, fruit smoothies, desserts, and panni sandwiches!“

“SUSIE’s FREEZE is hands down one of the best places you can EVER go for a frozen treat!

Not to mention, they have a sizable menu if you’re looking for a lunch/dinner option!

The gentleman that operates it has the warmest disposition and the kindest service!

Since I was a child, I’ve been a sucker for dipped cones, well one day when coming here, I had a wild idea: I asked if I could have a twist ice cream( both chocolate & vanilla) dipped, he gladly obliged!

Completely made my day!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUSIE’s Freeze for the whole family!

Did I mention, the prices are absolutely affordable and won’t break the bank!“

“brought back memories, next time chocolate dip cone 😋🍦“

“awesome place for kids 😁😁“

“If you're looking for amazing ice cream, Crafted Cone is a must visit! The flavors are rich, creamy, and taste awesome. They have a huge variety of unique flavors, and the staff is incredibly friendly and happy to let you sample before deciding. The shop is clean, welcoming, and the portions are generous. Whether you're craving a classic scoop or one of their specialty desserts, crafted cone has you covered. Easily one of the best ice cream spots around!“

“Crazy how Google sent me an email to review this place because that was actually my goal! I love the ice cream! It’s one of my number one spots to go to and sometimes, most times, I get ice cream cravings late at night! Yes, I had one of those days this past week so I decided to go around 9:00 pm to get some ice cream! Mind you I live a bit out of the way and they close at 10pm! Did I feel bad? Yes, but I was dying, I’m a big foodie(fatty)… anyway that’s besides the point! The guy asks if we want samples and of course my little one does ask, but as she’s tasting her sample and deciding what she wants I decided to just ask for what I want! My daughter decided she wanted another sample, so we ask! This guy serving us gets annoyed and tells us that next time we need to ask for all the samples we want before ordering! I get it but also, I was doing you a favor by putting my order in while we waited for her to make up her mind! Also, there was no line behind us so I don’t really know why the need to be annoyed with us was! I’m sorry, I won’t ever go late again, but be mindful that your customers are the ones who keep your business alive! I worked in an environment like that and yea the last customers were always hard because you just wanna clean and go home ! The attitude of some of the people working here needs to change! Sometimes that drives customers away no matter how great the product is!“

“Delicious ice cream! This was our first time here, my husband, our friend and I had three small ice cream cups and we were pleasantly surprised on the size. We were celebrating my birthday, But a perfect way to end the evening, we are so glad we found this place! If you are in Upland area I highly recommend checking it out!“

“Small space, delicious italian ice. I'm allergic to milk so I'm limited on my options (see: can't have the custard), but man oh man do I love coming here.
The entire staff is great whether they're busy or slow. It's no wonder they sell their stuff all around, you can't beat it their high quality Italian Ice. So much flavor without the weird iciness you get at many other places.“

“Bruster's Real Ice cream 🍦 YoRbalida Very good 👍“

“Through and through this locations always has the weekly available selections and their customer service is superb. It’s one of my go to spots and I can’t wait to try new options with my friends and loved ones. Thank you La Verne Crumbl for a unproblematic experience every time!“

“Excellent customer service, very welcoming environment, everything was delicious, the ice cream is top notch and the crepes waffles and pink pancakes were fluffy light and delicious. We sampled everything on our visit to this local shop. Worth it and definitely coming back again !!“

“Crumbl Cookies never disappoint! From the moment you walk in, the store smells amazing and the presentation is always on point. I love how they rotate their menu every week—it keeps things exciting and gives me a reason to come back and try new flavors.
The cookies themselves are incredible: soft, thick, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and every cookie feels fresh and made with care. My personal favorites are the chilled sugar cookie and anything with chocolate—they’re always a hit!
The staff is friendly, quick, and helpful, even when it’s busy. Ordering is super easy, whether you use the app or order in-store.
If you have a sweet tooth, this place is 100% worth it. A little indulgent, but totally worth every bite. Highly recommend!!“

“Very yummy services got it for my party would recommend to anyone“

“Went into Crumbl tonight and when I walked in the first employee didn’t greet us or even make eye contact, but the girl worker in the back I believe making the cookies with super short hair was the sweetest and her customer service was top tier.“

“I give crumbl cookies a 5 star rating because once u go in it’s really clean! Also the workers are really nice and if you get stuck trying to order they will help you! “Todo muy muy delicioso !! TODO!! y muy amable atención ! y Muy bonito lugar y su ambiente 🫶🏼👌🏼“

“it's my favorite place love it“

“Love the different flavor combinations and friendly staff!!“

“The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.“

“We rented an ice cream cart for a wedding, and it was a hit. The setup was easy, and it came filled with amazing treats. Everyone loved it, and it made the day extra special.“

“The reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there's basically only 2 or 3 small tables to sit. And, their flavor options are pretty limited. But the place was clean, and young man that was serving has great customer service 👍“

“Found this place on Google cause I wanted a snow cone.
They have regular ice cream, snow cones and Italian ice too. They have cake pops and cakes ready to go. I left with snow cone and 2 cake pops.
Snow cone was all cherry with cherry Italian ice. Very delicious. Cake on the cake pops super moist and very delicious“

“The southern banana pudding is creamy, extravagant and tasty. Tasty. I also tried the pumpkin ice cream. It was okay. You could use some more creaminess and warm spices like cinnamon. This is my first time at this establishment. It is a walk up window. There's a couple tables outside but there's no real seeding otherwise.“

“Nice service good fresh waters“

“very nice workers good ice cream lots of flavors good service 👍👍👍👍“

“This yogurt shop serves a great variety of yogurt and toppings. The employees are friendly and service is fast.“

“If dessert could float, it would taste like Nobibi in West Covina☁️✨This spot is pure pastel daydream — where every drink and treat looks straight out of a cloud!

I tried the Ube Cloud, a creamy mix of ube and milk that’s rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just that deep ube flavor with a silky finish💜

Then came the Dream Cloud, and it really lives up to the name — topped with cotton candy, corn flakes, Oreo crumbles, strawberry sprinkles, and toasted marshmallow. Every bite is a mix of textures: crunchy, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth soft🍓🍪💭

It’s a dessert experience that feels like stepping into a dream — light, playful, and so aesthetic you almost don’t want to eat it (but trust me, you will)🫶🏼“

“outstanding lunch experience. Great service and Great food.“

“the service is very good and serve your order right away and the icecream is always good“

“The quantity/portions are reasonable and the ice cream is delicious. My go-to would be the oreo cookies and cream shake. It is possible to customize your shake, so knowing that they put about 5-6 scoops of ice cream into a large shake, you can ask for 4 of those scoops to be oreo cookies and cream and 2 of those scoops to be chocolate.“

“Everything is amazingly good. The portions are perfect! We had the nachos, traditional funnel cake, and bionicos! Everything was fresh and yummy! The funnel cakes were 🔥 Julian helped us and was so nice! Customer service was superb!“

“Very friendly service. The ice cream was delicious! We’ll definitely be back soon to try more offerings.“

“Been craving banana split for a few days while visiting my family. Decided to make it to Handel's. Couldn't decide ice cream flavours. Was serviced by Viha and she suggested a few of her faves. Caramel pretzel crunch and Blueberry cobbler. I added Mocha almond fudge ripple. Oh my days! She was spot on! It is a MUST to eat at the tables outside as the lid cannot close and the ice cream is melting quickly in the heat. Absolutely divine! Wish the UK would have a Handel's!Thanks!“

“Amazing for a Friday afternoon“

“Been coming for a while now and never disappoints. Even though the Ice Cream is not your homemade fancy style Ice Cteam. The Thrifty brand is always a hit. Also, when they pair it with their other offerings makes it better. They got funnel cakes, their own version of a poozooki, cookies, Ice Cream sandwich with cookies, brownies where you can Ice Cream to it and more. Great spot to hit after watching a movie or a meal at one of the spots next door. The staff is always attentive and get you in and out super quick. Sometimes makes me think I forgot something. Atmosphere is great inside, just the outside is where you need to watch out for. It can get a little interesting out there. Prices are super reasonable, especially for the amount they serve you.“

“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“I love yogurt. and they offer variety of flavors and toppings“

“They are a great support to our local schools.“

“Delicious We enjoy our every time we go their“
