They also sell snacks, Boba and other types of cold drinks/ shakes. The yogurt is cheaper and it tastes a whole lot better than Yogurtland. It’s one of my number one spots to go to and sometimes, most times, I get ice cream cravings late at night! Yes, I had one of those days this past week so I decided to go around 9:00 pm to get some ice cream! Mind you I live a bit out of the way and they close at 10pm! Did I feel bad? Yes, but I was dying, I’m a big foodie(fatty)… anyway that’s besides the point! The guy asks if we want samples and of course my little one does ask, but as she’s tasting her sample and deciding what she wants I decided to just ask for what I want! My daughter decided she wanted another sample, so we ask! This guy serving us gets annoyed and tells us that next time we need to ask for all the samples we want before ordering! I get it but also, I was doing you a favor by putting my order in while we waited for her to make up her mind! Also, there was no line behind us so I don’t really know why the need to be annoyed with us was! I’m sorry, I won’t ever go late again, but be mindful that your customers are the ones who keep your business alive! I worked in an environment like that and yea the last customers were always hard because you just wanna clean and go home ! The attitude of some of the people working here needs to change! Sometimes that drives customers away no matter how great the product is!“

“Sign says open at 12. Went there with my son as a reward for having a good week at school. It was close to 12:30 and the store was all locked up. We waited a couple min thinking maybe they were seeing up inside or something but we saw no one thru the windows so we left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot we saw 2 employees walking up to the store. Not sure if they saw us waiting there or not but their car was parked right behind ours so it seems a little sus. We turned around to go back. Upon entering the 2 employees immediately looked annoyed, no greeting, no interaction of any sorts. Super unprofessional“
