I went to the Chino location first (read my review) I arrived@the 2nd location on Grove/Walnut-this location was busy and only one employee! After the employee had finished with a customer, she came over to freezer & offered me assistance without me asking! She was so nice & helpful & I found what I was looking for! So nice to actually have customer service A+
I recently visited this Baskin-Robbins and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The ice cream was also delicious, with a great selection of flavors to choose from. My kids had a lot of fun with the toppings bar and we all left feeling happy. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a fun outing and delicious ice cream.

I truly became a fan of this location and the flavors they have, besides the best service from employees.I would say that this location deserves a remodeling, they have broken cake showcase and could be dangerous for customers or little ones.They deserve to be taken care of and showcase their employees positively when assisting customers.They have lactose ice cream for customers and that’s awesome to see now as an options.Price was as it should and I love coming here!
