“Went into Crumbl tonight and when I walked in the first employee didn’t greet us or even make eye contact, but the girl worker in the back I believe making the cookies with super short hair was the sweetest and her customer service was top tier.“

“New store! We needed a birthday cake (for me :), but waited too long to order. My sister called the AM of my birthday, & the woman who answered said it was her first cake and she was nervous. After some discussion, she said she could do it. Even before the stated time, she called to tell us the cake was ready! It was beautiful and delicious and she made my day! Glad to have this store :)“

“We custards decided to give Freddy's a try. Been driving passed the place quite a few times.

Honey had Freddy's chili cheese dog. The chili cheese dog didn't taste or look fresh.

I had the chicken salad, tater tots and a mango tea.

The chicken was kinda dry. I like chicken salads but the chicken was a little too dry.

Overall, the service was great. The place was very clean. Staff was constantly cleaning and wiping down everything, i.e., tables, soda area, the cashier area. The menu is large and readable beside the small one on the cashier area.

One young lady was very helpful. I didn't get her name but she is graduating from Cal State L A. She was polite, courteous, helpful and very thoughtful. I am coming back to try the custards, multi drinks with the custards. When I come back, probably try the steak burger which everyone seems to enjoy.“

“Very impressed with the level of service I received here at this Baskin Robbin’s in Glendora! I accidentally put in two orders for the same cake on the app, and immediately called into the store to ask for assistance. Mikayla picked up and understood my issue right away, and then called me back after ten minutes, telling me her boss would ensure that the correct amount be refunded and only one cake made. The refund was processed within 48 hours as promised, and the cake was ready and exactly as I ordered upon pickup. The cake was a bit smaller than I expected, but did end up feeding the amount of people that the website said it would. I would definitely order from this location again!“

“Genuinely just a great place for desserts. The owner was very welcoming and I noticed he expressed the same attentiveness and kindness to every customer as soon as they came through the doors. As for the food, I was extremely surprised. We ordered the 4-seasons crepe and I'm usually a picky eater but the crepe was the perfect balance between different flavors and a perfectly warm batter. We also tried samples of the waffles and I really regret not getting them as well. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

My personal recommendation? Get a scoop of your favorite ice cream and buy a crepe/waffle. The temp differences make the flavors pop out more“

“Crazy how Google sent me an email to review this place because that was actually my goal! I love the ice cream! It’s one of my number one spots to go to and sometimes, most times, I get ice cream cravings late at night! Yes, I had one of those days this past week so I decided to go around 9:00 pm to get some ice cream! Mind you I live a bit out of the way and they close at 10pm! Did I feel bad? Yes, but I was dying, I’m a big foodie(fatty)… anyway that’s besides the point! The guy asks if we want samples and of course my little one does ask, but as she’s tasting her sample and deciding what she wants I decided to just ask for what I want! My daughter decided she wanted another sample, so we ask! This guy serving us gets annoyed and tells us that next time we need to ask for all the samples we want before ordering! I get it but also, I was doing you a favor by putting my order in while we waited for her to make up her mind! Also, there was no line behind us so I don’t really know why the need to be annoyed with us was! I’m sorry, I won’t ever go late again, but be mindful that your customers are the ones who keep your business alive! I worked in an environment like that and yea the last customers were always hard because you just wanna clean and go home ! The attitude of some of the people working here needs to change! So if you want to buy in bulk this is a good place. Otherwise the prices are the same as if you go to an Asian market like 99 ranch, Fukuya or duo duo. They do have snacks and candies too.“

“The yogurt shop is always clean and the workers are friendly and very helpful. They have lots of flavors to choose from many of them being low fat. They also sell snacks, Boba and other types of cold drinks/ shakes. The yogurt is cheaper and it tastes a whole lot better than Yogurtland. They also have a rewards program if you're interested just by given them your phone number to keep track of your purchases. Definitely recommend it!“
