Customers can order at self-service kiosks or the counter, and the line would quickly vanish. The cookies are yummy and fresh, soft, and perfectly baked. Each cookie is bursting with flavor and is so soft. The Chocolate Crumb Oreo Cookie ($4.99 - Large - Single) is a crisp cookie that is moist and fluffy like a cake. It is very big, wider than a baseball, and thicker than a thumb. This cookie came warm, with creamy and soft frosting. The new little crumble pies are delicate and delicious, and the chocolate cream with French silk on top is a must taste. The iced oatmeal cookies was not too sweet. The staff is knowledgeable about the goodies they sell. The store is always clean and welcome you with open arms. The service is spot on, and the employees are friendly. The inside of Crumbl is picture worthy. Overall, the cookies tasted unique and special, and it is a must-try.
