“We had our wedding last month and decided to do something a little different for dessert—Dippin’ Dots. Instead of ordering online, we worked with our local franchise, and Tamer was amazing from start to finish.
From the beginning, he was fully invested in making everything perfect—helping us plan quantities, walking us through dry ice and storage, and even suggesting things we hadn’t thought of. When I was worried our cooler wouldn’t fit everything, he had me come by and personally helped pack it to make sure it worked. He even coordinated with corporate to ensure everything arrived on time.
On the wedding day, the handoff was smooth and stress-free. He followed up during and after to make sure everything went perfectly. We even had leftovers, and without hesitation, he let us store them at his shop until our next party—something you rarely see from a business owner.
Tamer truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.
You don’t even need a big event to support him—stop by for a cup of Dippin’ Dots or try the Doc Popcorn. It smells amazing and tastes even better.

I tried the Ube Cloud, a creamy mix of ube and milk that’s rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just that deep ube flavor with a silky finish💜
Then came the Dream Cloud, and it really lives up to the name — topped with cotton candy, corn flakes, Oreo crumbles, strawberry sprinkles, and toasted marshmallow. Every bite is a mix of textures: crunchy, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth soft🍓🍪💭

“The flavors were great! I think most if not all of them are thrifty flavors. The place was nice and clean and honestly a pretty fair price for the amount of scream you get. I only got the scoops, nothing speciality, but it was great and I will definitely be going back.“

“The icecream itself is great. Prices not bad. Pretty decent and better than the 31s.
The people working there for the most part... unfriendly. They always look so unhappy working there. Always give attitude no matter how friendly you are and always seem to want to be done with the customer as soon as possible. A bit of a downside but still worth it to go there for the flavors and value.“

“My daughter wanted ice cream after the movies and we decided to give this place a try since it is in the same plaza and it was SO GOOD! We got the PB Chocolate and Nutella and we were both very happy with our choices. They are like $10 each but as a reward treat it is totally worth it!“

“The place, the taste of the snow is excellent, we are frequent customers, yesterday Easter Sunday, we were 6 people and the girl who was there, was so miserable in her attitude, she did not answer a hello, good afternoon, because of her attitude one of the snows fell of the weight and my daughter had to lift and continue with the same snow because she never did anything and with her unfriendly face it is a shame I hope she never touches us again we were very discouraged with that attention“
