“Cute little dessert place! Coconut jelly is pretty good. Bit pricey tho. Came here one night for quick dessert for the original coconut jelly in a coconut shell. The jelly had really good flavors and the coconut was cool. Price is kinda high for $9. Service was fast and efficient. Whole place was nice and clean. Parking was ok in the busy plaza.“

“I've been having to go Brea to get my vegan ice cream fix, which can be a bit of a drive. Decided to give Scoopz a try and oh my goodness!! I tried their vegan Avocado, coffee, and strawberry flavors and they were all exceptional!!!! Like mind-blowingly delicious and creamy!! How do they do that? It was so so good. “Very interesting flavors! Tried the brown sugar boba cup, and it's like getting a boba drink but with ice cream. Very yummy, but also sweet, so be ready. The red bean taro was less sweet, but still sweet enough and tasty. Also tried the Ninja, which is black sesame ice cream. Also very good if you like black sesame (and I do). Haven't tried the drinks, but if they're like the ice cream treats, I'm sure it'll be good. Cute spoons and cute atmosphere with a few games if you want to hang out.“

“So good! And such nice people. I happened to be in the area and parked right in front of the store a few weeks ago. As I was leaving my actual destination, the shop just looked so inviting, so I grabbed some ice cream and some ice cream bars and left them in the freezer for my husband. I didn't even think about it, until he asked me where I got that ice cream because it was really good. So I decided we had to go back some time even though we don't live that close to it. We went back tonight and got more, and I finally got some for me. The rocky road was so good with just a tiny bit of a cinnamon flavor (like Mexican hot chocolate), not too sweet, and the perfect texture. Also, it's not expensive at all. “This location is rather new. They have no public restrooms but great parking options. The location was nice and line moved quickly. They only had one line open for ordering which caused a little line. We got the raspberry heart cookie, lemon iced and the heart sprinkle sugar. They were a little undercooked but still tasty. This is more like a self serve. The gal that gave us are order was really nice. Ten out of ten recommend downloading the app. They have great deals on the app.“

“Where to begin with how amazing this popcorn is? Ever since I was a kid, there's something so nostalgic about going to the mall and getting popcorn. Not many malls have popcorn stalls, let alone have delicious one of a kind popcorn flavors. Doc pop is the spot for your popcorn cravings at mall visits as well as catering for your party events. I recently worked with Tamer the Doc Pop genius at Doc Popcorn to purchase enough popcorn for my daughter's Disney birthday. Thinking three large bags would be enough for 100 guests (1 large bag = 20 people; 3 large bags for 60 people), we overestimated the amount of popcorn people would eat/take at the party. NOT A PROBLEM. We ended up eating the leftovers (still was fresh after a week) and taking some to work to share with colleagues. Everyone agreed the flavor and the freshness of the popcorn was great. If you're thinking of popcorn for a party, do yourself a favor, check out Doc Popcorn (they have lots of delicious flavors). Tamer was very knowledgeable, helpful and has we wonderful customer service. My advice: Prep yourself for a night of packing small bags use a funnel or a scooper (trust the process, the end product will be worth it). The closer you get your popcorn to the day of your party, the more delicious your popcorn will be. For reference: 2 large bags of popcorn filled 100 5inch x 10.8inch bags (we barely had to use the third large bag of popcorn towards the end).“

“Location and Parking: My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting La Michoacana Ice Cream University, a Mexican ice cream shop. We were looking for snacks to take out for the movies and we were craving some esquites. And so I quickly searched one up and found this place. This is located in a plaza and they're right across from the Azusa Pacific University. And now I know why they named the shop as such. Finding parking is really easy, I had no trouble finding parking although it was at night. But I'm pretty sure during the day you can easily find parking there.Food Selection: We ordered two small esquites – for the uninitiated, esquites are Mexican snacks made with corn kernels, similar to elote but served warm in disposable cups, minus the cob. We also ordered a fruit bowl topped with chamoy and tajin. While everything was delicious, the standout was definitely the fruit bowl, with the chamoy and tajin. It was flavorful and filling. (I will attach pictures of the food for reference.)Ambiance: Stepping inside, the shop was very clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I noticed in the front of the shop that they have free Wi-Fi but it was password protected. So I'm assuming that you need to ask one of the staff for the password if you want to study there for a while.Staff and Service: Though I didn't catch our server/cashier's name, he was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. I really like the fact that before handling the food, he washed his hands before attending to us– a small yet crucial detail that deserves commendation.Recommendation: I highly recommend La Michoacana Ice Cream University for anyone seeking some delicious Mexican snacks and ice cream! As a first-timer at a La Michoacana establishment, I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the experience. “I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies for a thanksgiving party I was attending and everyone enjoyed that the chocolate chip cookies weren't overly sweet. The cookies were large size compared to other places. The service was quick and professional. The place was simple and looked clean. I was their only patron and I was worried at first the cookies were stale or not gonna bring life to our party but I got a pat on my back for choosing the right cookie for the party. “This was my first time at Mooyah Burgers I have to honestly say that was one of the best Burgers and fries I have ever had. Just a dream place for anyone planning an ice cream party -- they mostly sell ice cream in bulk but also offer select individual ice creams that you normally would buy from ice cream trucks. It's not really a place you want to bring your kids just because parking is limited and there's traffic as ice cream trucks are constantly moving around to load up with goodies -- so be very careful if you decide to bring a kiddo. It has a small and busy parking lot but Polar Ice Cream is gem of a place! Great place to get things to pleasantly surprise your family!“

“Getting ice cream is always a treat and this location is consistently good, in my opinion. They usually have a good variety of new flavors, as well as the classic "go-to"s. I tried the Oreo N Cold Brew this time and it was tasty- coffee ice cream with a LOT of Oreo cookie mixed in. It was just sweet enough and the coffee taste seemed stronger than the usual coffee. The service is great here and it was pretty busy for a Thursday night. Could be because of the heat, but I think it's also that this Baskin Robbins is a good one and the neighborhood knows it. :)“

“This is my kids go to place for junk food. We all love the street vendors, but those are few and far between these days. It is nice to have Rasado's zone, close by with great hours. We always can go in and get their specialties! The kids really enjoy it. “Been wanting to try this cute little cafè since I’m a fan of all things matcha flavored. Photos and reviews of the place seemed enticing. Visited around 9PM after dinner at one of the other restaurants in the plaza. There was a long line but the wait time after ordering wasn’t bad at all. We received our order in less than 5 mins.There was not much room inside the cafè to chill or “dine in” but there were a few tables and chairs outside of the café that are shared with other surrounding establishments nearby.My husband and I tried the Matcha with Matcha Soft serve Float and Hojicha with a Vanilla + Matcha Swirl soft serve Float.They gave us a generous portion of the soft serve. The Matcha soft serve and Float were perfect. Nice rich matcha flavor.The Vanilla+Matcha swirl was nice and sweet, which is what I would recommend for those who may not be used to the deep earthy strong matcha flavor since it was a nice sweet balance with the vanilla. However the Hojicha was very watered down so I didn’t really appreciate the flavor at all. Perhaps it can be attributed to the large amount of ice that they put into the cup for the “float” effect. Would probably only come back for the soft serve rather than the drink versions. A friend of ours tried the hot matcha version (not pictured) but she said it tasted more earthy like grass as compared to the iced matcha.“
