Getting ice cream is always a treat and this location is consistently good, in my opinion. They usually have a good variety of new flavors, as well as the classic "go-to"s. I tried the Oreo N Cold Brew this time and it was tasty- coffee ice cream with a LOT of Oreo cookie mixed in. It was just sweet enough and the coffee taste seemed stronger than the usual coffee. I love getting shakes from Baskin-Robbins. I get half chocolate and half vanilla on my shakes and it tastes awesome just like from my childhood. However, the one thing I realized from this particular location is that the cups they use for the shakes are smaller than the cups from the City of Industry Baskin-Robbins. Very good customer service, the employees are very friendly and respectful. They are so helpful they really are the experts of ice cream. The ambiance of the place was zen!! It was neat and tidy. The manager is amazing they are so nice and easy going especially with customers, they keep us entertained. And they are always on top of everything especially cake orders, always amazing cakes coming out of them. 10/10 great experience with them.
