Getting ice cream is always a treat and this location is consistently good, in my opinion. They usually have a good variety of new flavors, as well as the classic "go-to"s. I tried the Oreo N Cold Brew this time and it was tasty- coffee ice cream with a LOT of Oreo cookie mixed in. It was just sweet enough and the coffee taste seemed stronger than the usual coffee. The service is great here and it was pretty busy for a Thursday night. Could be because of the heat, but I think it's also that this Baskin Robbins is a good one and the neighborhood knows it. :)

I love getting shakes from Baskin-Robbins. I get half chocolate and half vanilla on my shakes and it tastes awesome just like from my childhood. However, the one thing I realized from this particular location is that the cups they use for the shakes are smaller than the cups from the City of Industry Baskin-Robbins. So they quality is good on both but you get more for your money in City of Industry location because they have larger shake cups. I realized this when I got medium on both locations.

Very good customer service, the employees are very friendly and respectful. They are so helpful they really are the experts of ice cream. The ambiance of the place was zen!! It was neat and tidy. The manager is amazing they are so nice and easy going especially with customers, they keep us entertained. And they are always on top of everything especially cake orders, always amazing cakes coming out of them. 10/10 great experience with them.
SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR REGULAR VANILLA CAKE AND THE BOYS WHO SOLD IT TO ME TOLD ME IT WAS REGULAR VANILLA CAKE. (Aka regular cake means NO F****** ICE CREAM IN IT) apparently I should've said "breaded" but I'm no baker so how the f*** am I supposed to know? Had problems here before when they sold my custom sherbert cake I had made for my DEAD sisters anniversary and they SOLD MY CUSTOM CAKE TO SOME MOFO THE MORNING I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK IT UP. I should've known not to come back here. Think I got a refund? Ha! NOPE SURE DIDNT GET S*** BACK FOR THIS $65 cake that's f****** melted went straight into the trash. F****** sad done with this place don't go here to buy cake ! If I could 0 stars I would because this place sucks fr and the manager is a b*****

The guy there was extremely helpful and nice! No problems whatsoever and the ice cream was delicious and I tried for the first time the Cappuccino blast and WOW!!!! Delicious! I had the Cold brew as well with sweet cream and it is delicious! I had to try both ?
