Baskin-Robbins is a welcoming ice cream parlor with friendly and helpful staff. A visitor recently enjoyed a delightful banana split, while another was pleased with their scoops. The staff, including a young woman and Monique, were noted for their politeness and patience. The location in Chino Hills was found to be clean and inviting. However, there was an incident involving a customer causing a scene, but Monique handled the situation professionally. Overall, Baskin-Robbins offers a pleasant ice cream experience with attentive service.
