We tried a few things: the Ice Blended Coconut Matcha (10/10) was super refreshing and not too coconuty, the Matcha Sea Salt Cloud (9/10) was creamy with a nice matcha flavor and light salty foam, the Ube Coffee (8/10) was strong and creamy but the ube foam made it really good, the Fruity Peach tea (9/10) was perfectly balanced and not too sweet, and the Garlic Cream Cheese Croissant (9/10) was flaky, buttery, and so good for a quick breakfast.“

“I ordered inside, it was very busy at the time. Probably a lunch rush. Unfortunatly my order was missing my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but I told batista who made me a new one which took an extra 15 minutes. There was several other customers who had missing items from their orders as well. The batista were friendly and helpful but to just leave orders on the bar without anyone making sure customers received what they ordered was not good.“

“The BEST employees/team including managers I've ever known! I don't even know where to begin. The staff here is incredibly welcoming, so friendly so sweet. They go above and beyond! Starbucks is so lucky to have these employees. I've seen how other customers are treated, everyone walks out happy. Despite the closer starbucks locations in my area, I drive the extra mile just because of how amazing the customer service is here. There are many loyal customers that only come to this specific location. Whenever you see a lot of customers returning it tells you something very special about a business. I hope corporate understands how lucky they are and recognizes the excellent service provided by the team.

In the morning, neither Grandson and I enjoyed some tasty Oatmeal with its nuts, almonds, raisins and its sugar. Coffee and our Chiz Denis bun. a complete breakfast“

I did not enjoy....they were rude because we were waiting over 15- 20 min for our drinks..ppl came in. they ordered and their drinks were ready but not ours until I asked. We just stood there and nobody acknowledged us. I hate when this happened. now I'll probably avoid this Starbucks“

“i don’t normally write reviews but kaitlin, one of the baristas, was very attentive and sweet and even asked about if i had any plans for the day! i was shocked because employees don’t normally go above and beyond but she did! furthermore (didn’t get the other ppl’s names), the whole environment was very welcoming!! and lastly, my matcha frappe tasted sooooo good, it was the perfect amount of matcha! i will definitely be a regular here“

“We ordered a plethora of different items, including prepackaged donut holes in cake style donuts, which were OK not the greatest. We got a croissant, which was very good. We got several different kinds of glazed donuts that were all very good. We got two different cake donuts that were very good. We got two coffees that were very very good people helping weren’t that interest really in helping or at least it seemed that way on a Sunday late morning, but there was a good flow of people in and out of the shop and most people seemed happy with what they were getting.“

The quality of the food combined with the reasonable prices made it an exceptional value. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting Salva, the owner. The atmosphere he and his staff have created is something special. The environment was so friendly and welcoming that I found myself laughing and chatting with other guests as if we were all old friends. It reminded me of the warm, personal customer service that used to be common before COVID—a place where people genuinely enjoy serving others and making them feel at home. I later found out that Araceli, the lovely lady that greeted us, was his wife! This was more than just a meal; it was a wonderful dining experience. I was so impressed that I immediately shared my experience with family and friends and encouraged them to add Chino Cafe to their list of must-visit restaurants.
