“We ordered (2) Pecans & Pralines with multiple toppings via Door Dash. Door Dash refunded the $4.00 Service Fee on a $21.00 order. Yogurtland didn't refund ANYTHING! . We received (2) plain vanilla yogurts with; No Toppings. We'd relieved no courtesy Phone Call or other communication that they could not fulfill ANY portion of our order. We stopped by the store and requested a refund and were DENIED any consideration. the employer went to bat for us and called the Owner. , after speaking with them, still refused. Horrbile Experience & Terrible, Terrible Customer Service. DO NOT Recommend. horrible experience. total theft!“
