They gave me a hard time when I used my yogurt land card. They also charge more money if you eat your yogurt inside the building they call it dining in. I feel that that is ridiculous.
We ordered (2) Pecans & Pralines with multiple toppings via Door Dash. Door Dash refunded the $4.00 Service Fee on a $21.00 order. Yogurtland didn't refund ANYTHING! . We received (2) plain vanilla yogurts with; No Toppings. We'd relieved no courtesy Phone Call or other communication that they could not fulfill ANY portion of our order.
