“My sister and my mom decided to take me out after a tragic time in my life. We saw this little shop and decided to try it. It was the best decision ever. The food was delicious and well priced. The smoothies were nice and refreshing on this already warm morning. I tried the avocado toast, and the mango tango. My mom tried the #1 turkey breast sandwich on sourdough with a customized beet juice. My sister ordered the same sandwich but on a croissant roll with a Green Goblin smoothie. Food and drink were amazing and the customer service was great. Will definitely be coming back again.“

I don't care for the location, but that's because I'm not a fan of Rancho anymore (I grew up here and I know the area very well).

If the tipping system were available, I would leave a tip every single visit. Their customer service is exceptional, and they consistently make every experience a great one. Highly recommend! 😊“

She also greeted us with a genuine smile which is such a relief especially since you hardly get genuinely nice interaction now at days. We will be returning!“

“I've only been to Tropical Smoothie Cafe a few times, mostly because it's convenient, but every time I've tried something new it has exceeded my expectations. Everything tastes fresh, delicious, and made with care. The staff is always friendly, and the cafe is consistently clean, bright, and welcoming. The Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap is by far the best thing I've had there. So sweet, savory and spicy 😋 so absolutely delicious! I'll definitely keep coming back.“

The young lady who attended my cousin and I couldn’t have had better customer service! She gave us generous samples of the ice cream we wanted to try. Gave great recommendations & went above & beyond in every way possible.

I settled for a single scoop of Ferraro Rocher ice cream which was outstanding & my cousin got a single scoop of Pistachio ice cream in a waffle cone.

The waffle cone she served me broke a bit so she gave me a complimentary waffle cone to compensate. With the heaping scoop she served, I wasn’t going to mention it but the fact that she went out of her way to do that was greatly appreciated.

They had a wide variety of delicious looking paletas all clearly labeled and some very unique flavors of ice cream. The place was also spotless ✨“

“Their strawberry-watermelon slush was so refreshing! Perfect drink to cool down with since it gets pretty hot in Haven City. Not sure if the AC was broken on the day we went or if it’s always like that but definitely go to Boba-time for all your drink needs! Friendly staff and minimal wait time for our drinks. Highly recommend them!“
