“One of the best quick serve kebab places in the region!! Had chicken kebab with beef kobedeh. Very fresh, perfectly cooked and flavored well. The salad was 100% fresh and crisp and the dressing was tasty. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Interior is clean and well lit. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of customers but not too busy since it is well run. Easy ADA access. Indoor seating area with table service. Canned sodas. AC working great on a hot day. Very happy with our experience. About $72 for two entries abd 2 cans of soda, including tip. They have cheaper lunch specials but we got dinner size, plenty, we had leftovers. The basmati saffron rice was a bit mushy for my taste, but was flavorful. The sumac was fresh and tangy.“

“We came here on a Monday around 2pm. There was no wait and a few tables were taken. The service was good, both our server and the runners were friendly. The selection during lunch was good as well, not too much and not too little. My kids enjoyed this Wagyu Factory in Rancho.

My only issue is that the bathroom was that the bathroom wasn't as clean. And when you have young children it makes things difficult.“

Of course, you can go anywhere else and get fancy ones or cheap ones and what not, but if you want that pizza you remember from your childhood... It's this right here. “This is such a beautiful coffee and pastry cafe. The ambiance is lovely with some upholstered seated sections and decor. The cafe is always clean. Even though they get very busy, they have a lot of tables inside and outdoor seating. Bathrooms are very clean. The service is so friendly. Can't recommend enough!

“We felt incredibly cared for here. They have delicious wines (our favorite was cherry) and meads in addition to non alcoholic drinks and snacks. They also have some games to play. Incredibly attentive to us and made us feel at home in such a unique environment.“

“Hadn't been here in a long, long time as it's a couple states away, but went with a couple of my buddies and my son today, Food is pretty good, and service was absolutely phenomenal (very friendly/very attentive). But my main issue with the place is that it's beat up and it feels dirty, and when I wiped our table with a clean napkin, which felt really dirty, it was dirty. Ceiling tiles are discolored and the place just needs a major refresh. So I would probably love this place if it was remodeled or in a new space but it just doesn't feel like somewhere that I would regularly go and pay 15 to $22 to eat a breakfast, but as I said the food is good and the servers were absolutely fantastic.“

“Went to Papa Zhang Hot Pot for all-you-can-eat hot pot and overall it was a solid experience, especially for the price.

The value is definitely the main highlight, pricing is fair for AYCE and you get a decent variety of meats, veggies, and sides. For a casual hot pot night, it’s hard to complain on cost alone.

That said, there were a few things that made the experience a bit less smooth. Parking was a challenge since the plaza gets very busy, so it took a while to find a spot. Inside, the setup was also a little confusing at first the hot pot being built into the table takes some getting used to, and it made it slightly awkward to get the soup out comfortably while cooking.

Food-wise, it was good, but the refill timing was inconsistent. A few items like meat and fruit ran out faster than expected, and we had to wait a while, sometimes close to 30 minutes for refills to come back out.

Service was okay overall, just a bit slow during peak rush.

Still, for the price point and AYCE format, it’s a good deal. I’d come back, just with lower expectations on speed and pacing. 4 stars mainly for value.“

“Been a local to Alta Loma for 40 years and this location has always been a staple. Love it for the nostalgia (it being a childhood favorite) and they also have pictures up of the Rancho Cucamonga/Alta Loma area from the early 1900s which is fun to see at local restaurants. The sandwiches have never been a disappointment, and always been a fan of the cole slaw and potato salad. In the past year or so, they added draft beer which is an excellent addition.“

“When we first got there, we were greeted and Dylan assisted us to a table and offered to help with gift bags we had. We noticed that dylan and his fellow workers Levi & christine were very attentive to us & other customers keeping tables cleared of food and paper goods & clean and asking if they could assist them with anything else. Dylan would direct them to the party area & quick directory of the restuarant. We had the pizza, Mojos, chicken & side salad.Food was hot when it was brought to us and tasty. Good job to the cook. “Their food is always solid and affordable and. I highly recommend the chicken chow mein, fried fish and fried rice. The place serves family style in unassuming paper plates and plastic spoons. It’s a no frills place with good food. Parking can be a bit difficult during the dinner rush and you may have to park a bit further from the location but you will find a spot eventually.“

“WHOA! That's a killer burrito. I got my finger in the pic for scale, and I have a large hand. Your can also tell the massive size using the nearby fork for scale. Want a beast of a burrito from a sit down place (or to go) that brings you chips & salsa, this is one of the best in town. I had the carnitas burrito until I couldn't have anymore, and still brought home more than my wife could finish after work. Great value @ 17 bux for 3 sessions with the beast, lol. This thing is A DELICIOUS MONSTER!“

The portions aren’t small, but I’d say the food lacks a certain soul—I can’t quite explain it 😂 I visit pho restaurants very often and feel like I know what a good pho should taste like. “I decided to eat here after a day of Mountain Biking and boy was I not disappointed! I had a great server named Emily. She recommended the short ribs with a red trolley ale. Her recommendation didn’t only hit the spot but made me wanting more!! The atmosphere was welcoming and Emily’s superb customer service has made me life long customer. “If you’re looking for soup that’s hot and spicy and gets you all toasty then this is the spot for you! We ordered a couple of the recommended soups and other sides like the fried rice with a side of Beef Cilantro. Oh wow! The soup was nice a spicy with plenty of flavor with every sip.
That was the Beef Noodle Soup. Their Wonton soup was also a winner with the wonton skins being so flavorful and tender. The Fried Rice is a great complement for anything you order in my opinion. Lastly the Beef Cilantro dish was a perfect ending to our feast. The service was on point and thanks to Rain our server it made our experience a memorable one. So if you’re in the mood for something like this then check it out and get on the waitlist because this place tends to get pretty crowded.“

I was greeted by Jayden at the counter, a wonderful young man with a genuine & kind demeanor. Aside from ordering my food, I was able to have a quick chat with Sean and Moe who also work there. These gentlemen are warm, sweet and really share a sense of purpose with the job they do. You rock, fellas!

I gotta give kudos to Moe for hiring staff like Jayden & Sean that show an extraordinary caliber & professional service. Although I picked up an order to go, the few minutes I was there, they made me feel welcomed.
