“The staff was awesome, accommodating and friendly. We were seated quickly despite not everyone being there yet, which is nice. The salsa and guacamole was great. Got a three item plate with an enchilada, taquitos and a taco. I could only finish the enchilada and taquitos the portions were so generous. The mezcal mule was bomb, nice and smokey. I'm glad I picked this place to take my relatives from the East Coast who are deprived of good Mexican cuisine.“

“If you’re craving authentic Mexican cuisine, this place delivers beyond expectations. From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The décor was warm, colorful, and lively—just like the food. We literally come every week (that should say a lot)!!!

I started with the house-made guacamole, which was so fresh it felt like the avocados were picked that morning. Paired with perfectly crisp tortilla chips, it was the ideal opener. The highlight for me, though, was the enchiladas suiza. The layers of flavor that burst with flavors and every taco felt like a bite of Mexico!

Each dish we’ve ever had was clearly prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of love.

The margaritas? Don’t even get me started. They were perfectly balanced—strong, tangy, and with just enough sweetness to keep you sipping. I’d come back just for those alone!

The service was friendly and fast (Steven and his mom is the BEST), the portions generous, and the prices surprisingly reasonable given the quality of the food. This is one of the best Mexican food experiences I’ve had, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic and flavorful journey.“

“First time ever at señor Baja and the food was so good! We got the 3 taco combo and they’re huge! With 2 taco’s I was full and didn’t even touch the rice or beans. Your order comes with complementary chips and their salsa it’s like chipotle so good! I mentioned to the cashier it was our first time going there and she gave us 2 potato tacos for free to try and they were amazing! So nice and crunchy and all the good toppings. The best thing are the chiles toreados with the seasoning those are chefs kiss!“

“My friend mentioned The Pozole Place and suggested we should visit and eat there. We went there this morning, April 28th. We were greeted by a very friendly Server. We ordered pork pozole. I had red and he had the green pozole. To be honest, it was the best and tastiest pozole i ever tasted and ate and i was and grew up next to E.L.A. many years ago. The owners were very friendly and so were the severs . It is a Very nice and clean restaurant . i will definitively be going back and i live 23 miles from The Pozole Place.“

“Place is in the nicer part of town and surprisingly Mexican food was good. Hard to see the place unless your already in the parking lot. I got the al pastor Burrito without rice. It was big and the al pastor was good. Horchata had that cinnamon sprinkled onto of it which really kicks it up a notch. I'd come back. Just wish they had lengua or tripas.“

“It’s a local restaurant in my neighborhood that resembles a bar &grille. The atmosphere is good, but the location not so much. From the outside it looks more like a arris location in a strip mall. But for the most part it’s safe. I would just recommend to not wear a bandana unless you pay attention to the color you wear. That’s kind of a joke but not. I’ve never had trouble. I live in the area. But that’s the vibe you get thanks to the homeless in the area and the lack of upkeep on the area buildings and landscapes.but the food is great.not necessarily gourmet great.but the best quality food in my neighborhood neck and neck with the new PEPE’S Mexican /American food in the area.i hate calling out my neighborhood it feels safe to me, but I live here since 1977. Rancho Cucamonga has let this area go for whatever the reason. But it’s still expensive to live here. So I say good food bad looking location, but fairly safe I don’t dine in. So atmosphere is ok if you enjoy bar and grill type of dining.“

“The food is fantastic. Whenever I'm in the area, I eat here, but I always drive through. The last time I was here, I needed to wash my hands, so I ordered inside. The people working are young and are laughing & playing with each other very loudly. Eating inside was out of the question. It would not have Ben enjoyable. I had to go back inside twice to ask for napkins & a fork. I will continue to go there because I love the food, but I'll stick to the drive-through.“

“We were cruising down Foothill Blvd and saw this place and on a whim we decided to give it a try. And we are so glad we did! We both got the tamale plate with rice and beans, with chicken/ chili and chili/cheese tamales. The tamales were absolutely delicious! They were fresh, loaded with flavor, moist, and super filling. The rice was fluffy and the beans were fresh and seriously tasty. Topped it off with a big glass bottle of icy coke with limes thrown into it..and we had an amazing meal. Highly recommend.“

“today I tried to order my food at 10:30. a sign on the door stated they opened at 6am, google says they open at 10am, but a very grumpy cashier told me very rudely that they wouldnt open until 11am. so I went and waited in my car until the place opened. I went in and ordered my food from said grumpy rude cashier and waited for my order. while I waited I watched her be rude and disdainful to another customer. then I got my order and I asked for hot sauce and she rudely told me they had none today. I said I wouldnt have spent $40 dollars on my food if I had known that and all she did was give me a dirty look and walk away to take a drive thru order. I've been eating at juanitas for 35 yrs at 3 different locations and this was by far the worst customer service I've ever recieved. broken tacos, sloppy burritos that were barely wrapped, no sauce, and a pissy cashier. it'll be a long while before I go back again. you guys obviously need to take some time and do some in house training with staff. as for the cashier; if you don't like your job get a new one. dont take it out on the customer. it's not our fault you didn't want to be at work today.“
