“The food is without a doubt amazing. My only feedback for this particular location in Rancho Cucamonga is to remove the online order cart that’s located on the side wall, since customers now have to ask for their order. Tonight I placed an order through the app, and I stood there waiting for my food to be placed on the online order cart. After 15 minutes passed my pick up time, an associate finally asked if I placed an order online. Turns out my food was sitting behind the counter.

They said they stopped putting online orders out due to theft. But there’s no sign directing customers to the counter.

That’s my only suggestion: just communicate to your customers. Put a sign up or just remove that cart all together. This request is for the parents who are placing online orders to save themselves time. Even 10-15 minutes makes all the difference for parents of hungry kids!

“Amazing. I love their rose Tteokbokki and their chicken OMG it didn't disappoint. Even if you have left over, it is amazing the next day. I don't like that their chicken sandwich meal is only till 3p and then you have to order everything separately I think that is d*** so just stick to the chicken wings because it's not worth ordering a meal separately. I do advise you to bring your own drink because the can drinks are a bit much just for 1 can. It's not worth it. It's best to order to go and eat it at home.“
