“The food was a little dry for my Taste but the Customer Service was a 10/10 the biggest downfall was how HOT it was inside, it felt Hotter inside than it was outside. Reap Muggy. I guess to keep the homeless out, which didn't work. I asked the Homeless man to leave myself. Falling asleep drooling inside the restaurant. Just an FYI 30 min after leaving, I ended up getting the Runs from their food. :(“

“I’ve been to plenty of fast-casual spots, but my recent visit to Dave’s Hot Chicken stood out, and that was entirely because of Yeffrey and Isaac. Great food brings you in, but the people behind the counter decide whether you come back. These two made sure I will.
Yeffrey was on it from the moment I walked in. He was friendly and upbeat, and he took the time to make sure my order was right without making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and it makes a difference.
Isaac was just as impressive. He kept things moving efficiently while still bringing real energy and warmth to the job. It’s obvious he cares about the customer experience, not just getting orders out the door.
What stood out most was how well they worked together. The whole place felt welcoming and well run, and that kind of atmosphere comes from employees who take pride in their work. The chicken was excellent too, but Yeffrey and Isaac made the visit memorable.

This one was a little disappointing.

Service: the people here were kind but there were mistakes in our order.
Also my vanilla shake was so thick, I needed a spoon. Not sure if this is operator error but I didn't enjoy it. I prefer the texture of a good milkshake.

Food: it tasted great as usual. But we got a wrong sandwich. They rectified it. My milkshake wasn't. It was like a blob of ice cream.

Venue: eating area was clean and comfortable. The restroom was not.“

Just watch out for any spilled sauce from the box. Bought 2 boxes. 1 small 1 medium. The honey garlic sauce leak from the box. I think the aluminum foil is broken or short one edge. Service is typical. Thus we order pick up.“

“There's a Pollo Loco closer to my work than Juan Pollo, but it's definitely worth the extra mile or two for Juan Pollo, for the following reasons (based on my comparison of a leg & thigh meal):

Freshness: Juan Pollo's chicken is hotter, more tender, juicy, and flavorful.

You get more: not only is the taste better, but the chicken is noticeably larger and instead of only 2 smaller (corn) tortillas at Pollo Loco, you get 3 larger tortillas at Juan Pollo.

For almost $2 less than Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo's meal doesn't include a drink.

“Was curious about this branch since it’s from China and this is their 2nd location. Was happened to be 15mins away and thought to give it a try. The location is in a big shopping plaza and has a big parking lot so easy parking. They’re either remodeling or putting up new signs since outside are covered and being painting. Inside is new and clean and very spacious. Small menu and plenty of pictures to see what the foods look like. Ordered a bucket of wings for $20 and 3 chicken sandwiches for $10 (special offers at the moment). Prices are not bad at all, they do have special meal deal that is under $10. Staff are good, the wait is abit long but since I ordered, they start making it so…waited for 8mins for my orders and got it in a cool colorful bag. Smell great and if you eat it right away it’s very juicy and tasty, the burger is good and same for the wings. It just not my cup of tea of their seasoning and favor but with their dipping sauces, it just not going together for me. Overall, it was okey, good sandwich (without the seasoning), good clean store and not bad pricing.“

But I decided to give them 1 more try, so I went over to El Pollo last week to get my usual 3-4 chicken breasts. When I got the order home, I got 3 breasts (very small and one not even cooked) and 3 wings which I did not order. Went back and got the ordered corrected, even though the mgr (who had seen me 20 mins earlier picking up my order) demanded that I present my receipt. Thank goodness the girl that waited on me was there to vouch for me. This week, I went over to Juan Pollo in downtown Upland. Ordered 4 breast with flour tortillas. The breast were large, well marinated and cooked. The tortillas were superior to the El Pollo ones they pass out. From now on, it is Juan Pollo for us!!!“

“Hands down !!! The best spicy chicken sandwich since sliced bread. Let’s not forget how hearty the chicken breast is and the waffle fires are crispy o the outside but perfectly done . Like that light flaky crisp . We got the original Clyde chicken sandwich combo and it served with flavor and very filling . The chicken breast was literally the whole size and thickness of a chicken breast not those thin beat down patties most places provide. I am picky so this was a big win win for me .
