Esmeralda and jasel are a perfect dual . Polite and cordial . They both work as a team and get orders out in a timely matter . Popeyes give theses two an applause 👏
Very clean atmosphere
Google says the store is open until 11pm, the signs say done-in is open until 11pm. I went tonight at 1030pm and all the doors were locked. I drove through and they were cleaning up. I mentioned that the doors were locked and got a bunch of attitude. There was also another family who showed up right after I did and they just left instead of using the drive-thru.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen provides exceptional customer service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure prompt and efficient service. Despite being short-staffed, the team handles the drive-thru line smoothly and swiftly, impressing customers. The restaurant serves good food consistently, with popular items like the two-piece combo and chicken wings. Many customers enjoy the delicious Mac and cheese, which tastes homemade. However, some have experienced sub-par sanitary practices, and there is a rule that nuggets can only be purchased with a combo, which may disappoint some. Additionally, the restaurant has wheelchair accessibility, making it helpful for handicap people. Overall, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a delightful dining experience, with outstanding customer service and good food, as shown by customers who appreciate the professionalism of staff like Vince and Nathan.
