“Surprisingly it be actually pretty good 😩“

“I really appreciated the excellent customer service provided by Giselle. She was incredibly kind and patiently helped me place my order when I couldn't figure out how to use the kiosk. Her friendly attitude made my experience much more enjoyable.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jose D provided excellent service! Even though it was busy, he stayed friendly, quick, and efficient the whole time. He got my order right, kept things moving, and had a great attitude.

It’s not always easy to find that kind of service in fast food, but Jose really stood out. I appreciate the great experience!“

“We had an amazing time here. The food came out pretty fast and it all was so delicious. There’s a game you can play when you first order and if you manage to stop the timer on exactly 10 seconds you get a free combo. I didn’t win but I thought that was such a fun addition to the experience. We ordered a lot but my favorite was the spicy chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese and pickles. It sounds insane but was pretty spicy and didn’t taste damp or dry, it was literally perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

“best chicken ever tender ,juicy crunchy! mmm!“

“So excited to find this place. It’s been a favorite for a long, but didn’t know one was so much closer than the Downey and Long Beach locations. Haven’t had a bad meal yet, and my favorite is the Garlic Twister. And the service here is very friendly“

“Came in as it was my first time Alissa took my order and she was amazing and had great customer service she was very helpful as it was my first time here she made it a great experience. Very clean restaurant and food was really good and fresh. Will be coming back“

“Never been to a Dave’s Hot Chicken before, but this is my niece’s favorite fast food restaurant so it was suggested we come here for lunch.

I was not hungry so just split a chicken tender and fries with my sister, while the nieces and nephews ordered their own combos.

The chicken tender I ate was good, would considered trying it in the future. It was definitely better with Dave’s Hot Honey, which I think is the same brand we order a gallon at a time for work with our banquet orders.

Quality whole pieces of chicken and good spice blends, I can taste why it is a favorite. The fries are decent on their own, but next level with Hot Honey or Dave’s Sauce or Reaper Ranch.

Price point is higher than a McD, but quality is also higher. Worth it for the quality received.

5 stars for the food.

4 out of 5 overall.“

“Excellent Food and Outstanding Service!

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

Juan Pollo offers not just great food, but also a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food and exceptional service!“

“Love their Christmas lights. And their peppermint shake.“

“Was curious about this branch since it’s from China and this is their 2nd location. Was happened to be 15mins away and thought to give it a try. The location is in a big shopping plaza and has a big parking lot so easy parking. They’re either remodeling or putting up new signs since outside are covered and being painting. Inside is new and clean and very spacious. Small menu and plenty of pictures to see what the foods look like. Ordered a bucket of wings for $20 and 3 chicken sandwiches for $10 (special offers at the moment). Prices are not bad at all, they do have special meal deal that is under $10. Staff are good, the wait is abit long but since I ordered, they start making it so…waited for 8mins for my orders and got it in a cool colorful bag. Smell great and if you eat it right away it’s very juicy and tasty, the burger is good and same for the wings. It just not my cup of tea of their seasoning and favor but with their dipping sauces, it just not going together for me. Overall, it was okey, good sandwich (without the seasoning), good clean store and not bad pricing.“

“Great children foods .. it easy fast food and it very delicious 🤤 I will come back after gym“

“The best service and food as expected. This is another well managed location. I’ll be back😁“

“I love the choice between fried and roasted chicken. Chicken was flavorful and good next day. I like plantains, rice and those beans were oh so good!! The yucca fries unfortunately were not, bland and didn't feel cooked thru. I ordered both a family and individual meal and requested rolls instead of tortillas. When I got home, there was only one roll and no tortillas. So insulting and luckily I had tortillas as home but i was so bummed, because the roll was really good. I'll come back, but next time. I'm making sure those damn rolls are in there!“

“friendly service crews…great food“

“The chicken joy are awesome. I suggest to put an extra sauce on the spaghetti... look pale“

“honestly my favorite hot chicken spot. super glad to have one within 5 minutes of me!“

“Decided to give it a try while deciding what to eat for dinner at the Arcadia mall food court. I have tried Chick-fil-A sandwiches but never heard of this place. Ordered the Texas toast chicken sandwich and surprisingly it tastes pretty good and better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is not dried and the sandwich is not salty. Will definitely try again if I am in the area.“

“That place tastes nice Those people know me my usual food is half chicken meal they know me and they know my food the workers who make food they know me and I like it there
Thank you so much Juan pollo covina for knowing me and for the good food“

“That ginger scallion sauce hit exactly right, bright and aromatic, which is the most important thing when you’re doing Hainan chicken rice.

The chicken itself backs it up: genuinely juicy and fresh, not dried out, with that silky poached texture the dish is built around. Portions are huge and the value is hard to argue with. The other sauces run a little sweet for my taste, and so do the pickles, but the pickles are good enough that you’ll eat them all anyway. Consistent spot. Go for the chicken rice, load up on the ginger scallion, skip nothing.“

“I've been a fan of Dave's Hot Chicken, but the slider at this place is as good, and even exceeds the current Dave's. The problem is the waiting time; you need to wait three times compared to Dave's, so I recommend calling and ordering in advance.“

“fast , friendly, clean, dine in , all around great“

“Bombdizzle“

“Kfc is so good that I wish I could eat it everyday (well not everyday) ;-)“

“Marisela was my cashier in drive thru she was very patient with me while I navigated the menu. When I got to the window I was greeted with a smile and exceptional customer service. Time stamp on my receipt was 11:12am I purchased the 16piece family meal. I never do reviews but this lady deserves some recognition“

“One of the few places to get grilled chicken, but with all the people working inside still simple orders and requests are wrong. Always check your bag.
4/2023 update. Grilled is gone ? best service was fast, and food was hot! Do u have a tip jar!“

“Lunch to go ;) ,Courteous staff serving thanks.“

“So happy Fat Daddy Fried Chicken is finally back! Their $20 fried chicken and fries combo is definitely one of the best-value options on the menu. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, while the fried chicken has a really crispy coating and stays juicy inside. Definitely try it with the Thai sweet chili sauce — it makes the fried chicken even better.

The staff are also super nice and patient. When I wanted to take some Thai sweet chili sauce home, they happened to be out of the small containers, but instead of just saying they couldn’t do it, they actually took the time to figure out another way for me. It was such a small gesture, but I really appreciated the extra effort and thoughtful service.

Really happy to have Fat Daddy back!“
