“A lot better than KFC, CHICK FIL-A and CANE'S.

Every time I come here and get their chicken it is always fresh, flavorful and on point! Their battered and seasoning they use has so much flavor, really they have no competition when it comes to chicken.

Their chicken thighs,legs breasts and wings are a lot bigger than all the others. Portion wise on their sides too they hook it up and yes fresh as well. Price wise too very reasonable compare to the others.

I do both either dine in or take out. The place is always clean inside and out. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is do to their customer service it's a hit or miss here, some are friendly and helpful especially inside, the drive through staff not so.

Make sure you come to the one in West Covina if you want good customer service, there was this one worker named Isaac very nice. Very helpful. Made my Dave’s hot chicken experience worth the drive.“

“I was there eariler today. I had the best experience there ever. Both employees there were so nice and helpful! I didn't get her name, but the girl who helped me made sure my order was correct and prepared correctly. She even suggested the cheese sauce with our sandwiches and OMG mixed with the crimson sauce. I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

“This was our very first time ever eating Dave’s Hot Chicken and for our first experience it was so perfect! We got lucky and got a chance to snag THE FALLOUT meal! We have been going to so many locations for it and it was SOLD OUT! The staff was so nice to us and we can’t wait to come back again. “People say this spot has some of the best fast food fried chicken. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their 4 piece meal with half fried and roasted chicken, beans, plantains, and tortillas. Yall know im a bean fiend and these beans were smooth, savory, and flavorful. The plantains were sweet, soft, caramalized, and a bit tart? Not really for me. The roasted chicken was super savory, flavorful, juicy, and actually really yummy. The fried chicken was perfectly crispity crunchy and just as flavorful and juicy. Pro tip is to make a taco using the corn tortilla with all the yummy ingredients. This place is actually pretty good.

“I ordered Combo number one they were decent size sliders came a coleslaw and pickles it was absolutely amazing I got hot Flavor. The fries had a really nice season on ate every single bite I was full and I was happy this is way better than Dave's hot chicken. If you haven't tried it do yourself a favor and go. Did I mention it's a little cheaper than most hot chicken places. The girl is kinda cute too“

“Decided to give it a try while deciding what to eat for dinner at the Arcadia mall food court. I have tried Chick-fil-A sandwiches but never heard of this place. Ordered the Texas toast chicken sandwich and surprisingly it tastes pretty good and better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is not dried and the sandwich is not salty. Will definitely try again if I am in the area.“

“Amazing food made with quality ingredients. My mother and I tend to go on Wing Wednesday! Oh my we love it 😍 I cannot eat spice so I can only vouch for the Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper options however, I have tried bone in and boneless and I don’t have a favorite! It’s so hard to pick between the two! Both are perfectly cooked crispy outside and juicy inside! We usually order a side of French toast and enjoy every bite it’s perfectly made! My favorite comfort food for sure! I would also like to highlight the amazing customer service I have always experienced at this new establishment! I wish them all the success! They work so hard and make it easy for you to spend your money there… I noticed a decline in quality control, consistency and deals in today’s restaurants!
