“I will say the service is nice. The people were friendly. It was my first time there. I asked the guy who work there making the food what did he recommend. He stated he gets for fries w/ medium heat. I got them with the chicken sandwich. The fried were good. Great choice. The chicken sandwich was good as well slightly drier then use to but good. The fries was where it's at.“

“Food was great. This was our first time visiting and we had a great experience. The cashier Alex had really great customer service and made are first visit that more memorable. “Love the interior of this place. Upon walking in, it is nice and bright. The staff was super friendly and the girl in front was very helpful.
I had a few items including their waffle, chicken sandwiches, and tteokbokki. The way they fry their chicken is so good. The skin is super crispy yet the chicken inside is still juicy. Also, this might be one of the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The waffles are crispy on the center and soo fluffy on the inside. They also give you whip cream and butter with it. It was delicious. If this was a breakfast spot, I would go back to order the waffles every day. I also like how much toppings are in their tteokbokki. The flavor was really good and wasn't too overly spicy which I enjoy. The chicken sandwich was a little hard to eat because it is HUGE but nonetheless, it was great. The chicken wasn't dry even though they were tenders. Overall, I really liked my meal there and found it really delicious.“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.
Juan Pollo offers not just great food, but also a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food and exceptional service!“

“Can’t believe I waited this long to try this place!!!
I finally gave this place a try and got their top loaded fries regular size which came with six chicken bites. It was more than enough for me.
The sauce and balance of flavor, sweet, sour spicy, salty, tangy all just blended so well together. The coleslaw on top of the fries was an excellent touch. The chicken was incredibly juicy too.
Food was prepped before estimated time. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.“

“That ginger scallion sauce hit exactly right, bright and aromatic, which is the most important thing when you’re doing Hainan chicken rice.
The chicken itself backs it up: genuinely juicy and fresh, not dried out, with that silky poached texture the dish is built around. Portions are huge and the value is hard to argue with. The other sauces run a little sweet for my taste, and so do the pickles, but the pickles are good enough that you’ll eat them all anyway. Consistent spot. Go for the chicken rice, load up on the ginger scallion, skip nothing.“
“People say this spot has some of the best fast food fried chicken. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their 4 piece meal with half fried and roasted chicken, beans, plantains, and tortillas. Yall know im a bean fiend and these beans were smooth, savory, and flavorful. The plantains were sweet, soft, caramalized, and a bit tart? Not really for me. The roasted chicken was super savory, flavorful, juicy, and actually really yummy. The fried chicken was perfectly crispity crunchy and just as flavorful and juicy. Pro tip is to make a taco using the corn tortilla with all the yummy ingredients. This place is actually pretty good.

“I've been a fan of Dave's Hot Chicken, but the slider at this place is as good, and even exceeds the current Dave's. The problem is the waiting time; you need to wait three times compared to Dave's, so I recommend calling and ordering in advance.“

“Staffs are working hard during dinner time but they make sure customers get what their want and happy to do so. I am very happy this location. Making sure everyone aware about this place. Food is ok but the chocolate is the best. I couldn't refrain myself to finish the whole. I don't care about the apple deep fried, it used to be great.“

“Decided to give it a try while deciding what to eat for dinner at the Arcadia mall food court. I have tried Chick-fil-A sandwiches but never heard of this place. Ordered the Texas toast chicken sandwich and surprisingly it tastes pretty good and better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is not dried and the sandwich is not salty. Will definitely try again if I am in the area.“

“Amazing food made with quality ingredients. My mother and I tend to go on Wing Wednesday! Oh my we love it 😍 I cannot eat spice so I can only vouch for the Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper options however, I have tried bone in and boneless and I don’t have a favorite! It’s so hard to pick between the two! Both are perfectly cooked crispy outside and juicy inside! We usually order a side of French toast and enjoy every bite it’s perfectly made! My favorite comfort food for sure! I would also like to highlight the amazing customer service I have always experienced at this new establishment! I wish them all the success! They work so hard and make it easy for you to spend your money there… I noticed a decline in quality control, consistency and deals in today’s restaurants! I’m happy to inform you all that it is not the case here they are competitively priced and worth every penny! The deals are amazing also! The customer service is 10/10 I wish them much success they definitely work hard to stand out ❤️“
