It’s almost impossible to find since the storefront is tiny and the sign is covered by tree leaves. Store itself is tiny and new customers can easily missed it. Whoever picked the location must be either drunk or wanted the business to fail badly.
Chicken is dry but spicy cucumber is good. To be honest, I’ve never had a great tasting Hainanese chicken rice in the US
That ginger scallion sauce hit exactly right, bright and aromatic, which is the most important thing when you’re doing Hainan chicken rice.
