Also had pork meatballs and cilantro pork dumplings. All excellent and a nice proportion.Only 6 tables, luckily 1 available when we arrived at 1:20 pm. We will come back.”

“Sushi Kisen continues to punch well above its weight and it is 1/3 the price for the same quality as some of the now outrageously expensive sushi places in LA.For about $120, our omakase today included about 10 courses and 2 additional pieces we selected at the end. The quality of the nigiri is self-evident, particularly with the chutoro and the Nemuro uni. Another particular favorite was shiro-ebi. The chef confirmed that it is from Toyama. It should be mentioned that some pieces are ever so slightly on the saltier side (I confirmed that they do season with a drop of salt on some pieces), which I ended up liking but it might be a surprise to some. Extra points for the shari, which was flavorful on its own without taking away from the fish. I also highly recommend asking the chef if they have any seasonal items. We were very pleasantly surprised by our tsuika orders.When I do not have the time to enjoy an omakase at the bar, I would recommend their chirashi bowls.”

“I would highly recommend this place for dim sum. However, I must mention that the deep-fried pandan bun (斑斓生煎包) falls below the standard. Nevertheless, every other dish is definitely worth trying. It's a popular spot, the shop is not big so expect to queue before getting a table. The service is average.Parking: You can just find a spot to park in front of the shop. It’s easy to find a parking lot.”

“Came here to try their Pan de Elote and their Chocolate Cake. The Pan de Elote was amazing - specially topped with ice cream! The Chocolate Cake was too dense and sweet for my liking but definitely coming back for their Pan de Elote! They have their own lot so parking was easy for us.”

“Hands down the best Mazesoba in town! Firm warm noodles with eggs that enhances texture. Topped with their special tan-tan style sauce and finished with chives, green onions, ginger and all that good stuff. Super friendly and attentive staff although I personally prefer getting it to go thanks to the speedy service. An interesting menu item is their signature Mazesoba but mixed in with curry sauce. You would think the curry would overpower the noodles but the taste still stands strong and shines through the curry to form something incredibly unique. Definitely worth trying if you're ever nearby.”

“Was craving fruit tea after the 626 market and found this spot on the map!I tried the house fruit tea with lychee jelly and no sugar and my boyfriend got a mango latte with boba and 50% sweetness. Both were honestly so good!! The mango latte was creamy and sweet and my house fruit was such a nice blend of fruit - it had pieces of strawberries, passion fruit seeds, and slices of lemon and lime. It's cute and cozy in here and there are some good restaurants in this shopping center. And the staff are friendly and helpful right when you walk in. They also do a weekly raffle for boba plushies!”

We thought the flavors were good and there was enough to take home for some leftovers. The place wasn’t crowded before noon. This is our second time here and they have specials if you order over $39 worth of food and pay in cash you can get a drink included with your meal. Hope this place stays around. Parking on the street if it’s available.”

This place is quite small, so it is recommended to either call for takeout or show up in small groups of 4 or less as seating is very limited, but quite a treat for the sitdown service. We had Pad Thai and Pad See ew and Thai Tea. Definitely recommend and we will be back.Parking: The parking lot is small and limited as this location does have other businesses.”

Each one was authentically Shanghai, and I especially recommend the Wine Chicken. Honestly, wanted to try everything on the menu. The Pork Ribs Glutinous Rice Cakes, originally the main attraction, took a back seat. Auntie even brought spicy soy sauce and hot chili powder from Shanghai—selling the sauce for $6 a bottle. The chili powder isn't for sale, but she'll give it to you. Added a new item to the wishlist: Conquer their entire menu!”

“I think I am addicted to their iced green tea with boba. I have forgotten how much I love it until I got it recently at Yi Fang. Yi Fang is a Taiwanese Boba and Fruit Tea chain that recently opened an Arcadia location in the Burlington Coat Factory and Pavilion's shopping plaza. I am very happy that Yi Fang chose to open one here. Ever since I had their boba in Berkeley in 2019, I have been longing for an Yi Fang close by. Their boba is warm and chewy. If you don't want to wait, I recommend you order online first. There are happy hour promotions when the drinks are 15% when you order online. I haven't seen the promotions at the in store kiosk. They may be there too. The ambiance is clean and presents an old Taiwan vibe. There are no tables inside and only one bench to sit while you are waiting for your drinks So this is more of a grab and go place. I did see desserts on their menu and can't wait to try them next time!”

“After success with the jajiang noodles, I had to try the stall right next door. Inside the fantastic Hmart market, is Kazu Mori. I’d say Katsu is there specialty with pork and chicken. I had the pork tonkatsu with curry. Huge portions and so good. I actually thought I was a bit pricey bit after I saw the quality and portions, I reconsider. Also, not a Bricks and mortar saves a bit.I think the key is to get a bunch of people and order two or three items from each stall. The choice are fantastic.”

A small storefront with a few other eateries sharing large tables. Noodles were thick and chewy and the sauce was meaty. I needed a little soy sauce and pepper to punch up the sauce but I love the shredded cucumbers on top. Good start on my journey for good jajiang noodles.The HMart is Asian market paradise with every food, snack , produce you can imagine.”

The jasmine in it was too overpowering. Tasted fresh, but wouldn't recommend it.The line was somewhat long... it's drive thru only, so expect a bit of a wait depending on the time you go. Had one cashier who was also responsible for making the drinks to order. Felt bad for him, but he did a great job.Even with disliking the new drink we tried, it's still worthy of five stars.Highly recommend and we'd go back again in the future.”

The beef short rib was also very good, moist and tender but not fatty, although the rub was excessively salty. Pickles were perfectly pickled and crunchy. Mud pie was the choice of dessert for several at our table and was enjoyed all around. The service was sufficient but not stellar - some hospitality faux pas like serving drinks by holding the rim, and not bussing any dishes from the table until the very end of the meal. “A week and a half ago I had a bad experience at this McDonalds early morning mid week. I sat at the speaker in a seemingly empty drive thru line at 5:15am and waited about 10 seconds and no one greeted me so I said "hello" in a mild tone and received a "give me a minute!" In a harsh impatient tone from a woman's voice. It was disappointing, a rude attitude is not what I wanted before I ordered my breakfast and after waiting 10 more seconds and processing the attitude I received I decided to drive away instead. Ruined my mood for breakfast at this location. I understand people have bad days but it soured my opinion of this location which was my favorite on my route. Today I decided to stop by again early this morning and I was greeted very politely by a young man. He got my order correct and was extremely polite which I found rare these days. At the window I continued to receive the very kind polite service. So much so I was compelled to write this positive review. Usually people only remember the bad stuff that happens and forget the good but a young man named Morry today redeemed this location in my eyes. Manners are hard to find these days and this young man even bowed when I asked his name so I could write a good review. Looking forward to being greeted by him again on my commute to work. His professionalism has me convinced he will own his own McDonald's one day. That's the level of detail and professionalism he brought that is extremely rare at a McDonald's drive thru. Great job to his manager too for hiring him and using his talents where it was badly needed most! Thx again Morry!”

“Food is great from here. It seems like a simple taco stand but it isn't. They are super friendly and try to go as fast as they can to go through the line. Never had a problem with problem even if it is on the street haven't found a problem. The top choices I like to choose are pastor, lengua, and asada. The lengua is different here since it doesn't have that chewiness that other places have and is super tender. The pastor is a gold char and marinate and the asada has a nice flavor from the grill. They have raw onions and some cooked ones if you ask them for it. Definitely one of my go to spots if I want some tacos.”

The pork cutlet was flakey and crispy on the outside, yet juicy and tasty on the insides. Tender, not tough. It's definitely one the 3 top dishes to order. So many different sauces. One of my favs.The most popular was the JOKBAL: Pork feet and hock slices. It's a large dish. Very unique. Must try with a large group (4 to 6 people.)And lastly 2 different soups. Galbitang: Beef short rib soup with glass noodles. The noodles were nice snd chewy. And the other one was the milky one. Also good on a cold day.The service staff spoke fluent Chinese and English. Interesting that I didnt hear any Korean spoken. Im sure the staff are multilingual at this Korean restaurant. “This is a favorite. We go as often as we can. We’ve lived very close or nearby and just stumbled on it about 10 years ago and fell in love. Great clean healthy food and restaurant. The owners are wonderful. Friendly courteous and it’s a must if you like Thai food. We’ve dined as well as takeout both are great.Parking: Decent size lot with for a mini mall and there are always plenty available.”

“We always order the crispy egg rolls, shrimp spring rolls and pho with brisket and filet mignon. The peanut sauce is the perfect compliment to the spring rolls as is the sweet sauce to the egg rolls. The pho, with the added vegetables, is so filling and relaxing. This has been a family favorite for about 5 years now.”

“Really nice place to hang overall. We see people with laptop inside, maybe studying. We chose to sit in the back patio with our dog. Very cozy with the greenery. They have dog bowl for water. You will probably have to ask, some staff don't know they have it. Quiet neighborhood. Maybe a little too quiet to chit chat loudly and comfortably. We found ourselves almost whispering at times! but most people have their earbuds anyway. Got iced americano and vietnamese coffee. Americano is solid. They have an assortment of large,fresh, and delicious sandwiches. Combos such as salad/soup and a half sandwich. As a cafe they have a wonderful latte along with other drink options, and on top of that you can also come here to have drinks. Offering sparkling wines and other things.The interior has a lovely design along with friendly staff as well as a relaxing outdoor patio for enjoying with friends.My friend ordered the pork loin sandwich, the roasted turkey, and I got a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. These sandwiches are huge and the prices add up to the quality of food and portion. I think I found a nice spot that I will frequent for any occasion, highly recommend!”

“Nostalgia is what comes to mind when entering Taco Lita. Is it authentic Mexican food no! Is it supposed to be no!. What it is a small mom and pop place that hasn't changed ever, and what they do they do well. I had the taco which was crunchy and filled with ground beef, cheese, lettuce and a slice of tomatoe. Also I had a meat and cheese burrito which was generously stuffed with ground beef and cheese, very simple but simply delicious. Worth a shot in my opinion if I even drive past Duarte I will go out of my way to stop by.”

“I had a great time celebrating my birthday at Benihana's in Arcadia. It took a little long before we were assigned a chef, but once he came out, our chef Servando was fantastic! He was very funny, friendly, and gave us an amazing show! He was also very attentive. Whenever anyone at the table needed anything, he made sure to get it taken care of immediately. My dad had food allergy issue and Servando went above and beyond to accommodate him. I especially enjoyed all of his hilarious jokes and when he would throw things into the air with his spatula and catch them in his hat. The little chicken stuffed animal hidden in his hat was a nice bonus! Our experience would not have been as fun without his infectious personality. Most important if all, the food was cooked to perfection! Thank you Servando for making my birthday special!”

“Very busy place on a Friday night, and a nice selection of items on the menu. The pastrami was amazingly good, I'm so glad I chose it over the brisket - tender and full of flavor. The beef short rib was also very good, moist and tender but not fatty, although the rub was excessively salty. Pickles were perfectly pickled and crunchy. Mud pie was the choice of dessert for several at our table and was enjoyed all around. The service was sufficient but not stellar - some hospitality faux pas like serving drinks by holding the rim, and not bussing any dishes from the table until the very end of the meal. I'd definitely return for more of the delicious meat!”

This was a cool place because they had both Chinese food and you can order dim sum dishes too. I didn't get any dim sum because my family was in charge of the ordering. We thought the flavors were good and there was enough to take home for some leftovers. The place wasn’t crowded before noon. This is our second time here and they have specials if you order over $39 worth of food and pay in cash you can get a drink included with your meal. Hope this place stays around.
