I grew up going to Sinbala for food, pudding, shaved ice, drinks... you name it. Nowadays I mainly come for the packaged taiwanese sausage 香腸 and sometimes the frozen dumplings or shaved ice. The quality has remained high - it's one of the best spots to get authentic Taiwanese food outside of Taiwan. You can't really go wrong here. I love coming here for their beef noodle soup which is my favorite and they have so many comforting food that I crave for every so often. The service can be a bit slow during busy time but overall I don't mind.
