With its understated atmosphere and compact tables, this gem invites diners on a culinary journey through Taiwan, delivering an authentic experience from start to finish. When we walked into La Sin Bala, the cozy environment immediately caught our eye. With limited seating and neatly arranged tables, our anticipation was at its peak as we perused the menu, eager to sample a selection of Taiwanese delicacies. Our culinary exploration begins with the typical rice, elegantly presented in the style of a traditional Taiwanese bento. Every bite of tender and juicy pork paired with fragrant rice made us feel like we were in a buffet restaurant in Taipei.Next we had the oyster omelette, a dish that really stole the show. Egg rolls are full of Taiwan's unique flavor, a famous night market snack, harmoniously blending plump oysters with delicious eggs and indispensable vegetables, a perfect match with aromatic spices. Super authentic! A must order meal that left us wanting more with every bite.We also indulged in chicken rolls accompanied by dipping sauce and a serving of shiitake mushroom and chicken soup, both delivering simple yet gratifying flavors. These simple yet satisfying dishes are the perfect end to our culinary journey, leaving us feeling nourished and satisfied.Of note, the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the oyster omelette, a dish that encapsulates the essence of Taiwanese cuisine. Its authentic flavors and affordable prices highlight La Sin Bala, making it one of the must-go places for food lovers looking for a taste of Taiwan.

Very yummy vegetable dumplings and a wide selection of desserts. I got the iced grass jelly and it was delicious. Definitely a place to experience Taiwanese

I grew up going to Sinbala for food, pudding, shaved ice, drinks... you name it. Nowadays I mainly come for the packaged taiwanese sausage 香腸 and sometimes the frozen dumplings or shaved ice. The quality has remained high - it's one of the best spots to get authentic Taiwanese food outside of Taiwan. You can't really go wrong here. My only complaint is the prices have gone up a lot over recent years, and the new credit card minimum is $30... the economy is rough, but $6-7 for a tea drink or $7 for a taiwanese "meatball" or "tamale" is excessive.

It's just a small Taiwan food restaurant. Why increase prices for double? But, less meal on the plates. We are already paying 10.25% tax. Why do we need to pay another 15% of tip? It's just a small food store. It can't consider as a restaurant!

It's authentic Taiwanese Cuisine.Decent service and prices. My favorites are their spicy beef noodles, oysters pancake, and Taiwanese sausages.

I love coming here for their beef noodle soup which is my favorite and they have so many comforting food that I crave for every so often. The service can be a bit slow during busy time but overall I don't mind.

The Sinbala sausage rice had a bunch of good stuff: rice, minced pork, Taiwanese sausage, cabbage, corn, and eggs. But it arrived a bit cold, and it's probably because of the AC here. The spicy beef noodle soup was just okay. The broth's spices were a bit too much for me, and the beef was tough.I might swing by again for the Taiwanese sausage, but I'll probably skip the beef noodle soup. There's plenty of seating and parking available.

This place is in a small shopping center with other restaurants nearby. This spot is great for their quick service and good food. When I mean quick, I mean, as soon as you sit down, they ask for your order. Lol. It's ok to ask for a minute or two to decide. I like that the menu is small, so you're not overwhelmed with too many choices. It was just me, and I had a craving for soup, so I ordered the pork noodle soup, and Taiwanese sausage. The soup came out piping hot, and if I had another person eating with me, it'd definitely be shareable. The sausage was good too, with the slices of garlic, it compliments the saltiness of the sausage.I asked for the check, and gave the waitress my debit card. Minimum fee to use card is $30. My total was around $20 something. I didn't have any cash on me, so I ordered some items to go. I had leftovers for the week. Lol.Next time, I'll remember to carry cash.

La Sinbala is a long time Arcadia staple but I can't believe it took me this long to try it. I'd come back since the food is so good and cheap.Taiwanese sausage rice was pretty good. The sausage had a surprising sweetness to it, but it didn't take away from the savory aspect of it so i enjoyed it.Popcorn chicken - Loved the spice and the crispinessMinced meat - it's simple and delicious.

La Sinbala is definitely my go-to place for beef noodle soup!! From my experience eating beef noodle soup in 626, it doesn't seem like the beef noodle soup here has the standard taste!! Like the soup here tastes a little sweeter than other places, and the noodles are a little flatter and thicker. I think I normally wouldn't like these deviations but it makes for an absolutely perfect beef noodle soup at Sinbala! I just ate it today and talking about it makes me crave it again. I saw today that their green onion pancakes were not available, so I don't know if they took it out, but that dish was also amazing here. I hope it isn't gone for good. They are also really nice here!! Today I sat down and my friends took ~30 min to show up after me. I felt so bad but none of the waiters rushed me! They were so patient. Also, the food comes extremely fast.

They judged me and asked me if I was sure I could spend money there. They have a five dollar fee if you use any kind of card. There is no ac. The food was okay. The bathroom was horrendous. Horrible bathroom conditions. They tried to rush me eating. Just uncomfortable in general. I won't disrespect the food but I was disrespected by the staff.

I love Taiwanese sausage here! There is no good enough Taiwanese sausage in Atlanta, so every time I come to LA, I always try to bring some SinBala sausage back to Atlanta. This time, I also tried the shaved ice here as well, taste great! The place is small, but if you just want to taste some Taiwanese flavors, here definitely is a good place you should come.
