Place has been good since day one. Good since the mask were a thing. Yes it has gone through several changes over the years. Food is great people are great. Don’t expect fast service when it’s busy every day. Brown sugar boba the best 10/10 fried medium spice 10/10. Best boba in California. Thank you 🙏🏼

Boba Ave Express is a drive-through only boba spot. The boba is sweet, soft, and chewy, and the drinks are delicious. The classic boba with almond flavor has chewy and sweet boba with smooth tea. The half & half never disappoints. The service is excellent, the wait is never long, and prices are more than reasonable. The popcorn chicken is so good. The green tea is super sweet. However, some recent drinks, like the milk tea, taste off with a chemical flavor, even when ordered half sugar. On the plus side, the portion size is really huge. The restaurant was open during the fires and offers great service.
