Great boba chain with consistent drink quality. I visited the store near Lunar new year time and was given red envelopes with mu purchase. I went to pick up my fav drinks with them, which are mango pomelo sago and winter melon milk tea with grass jelly!
Not sure if that was a tea place for me. Firstly, it was really sweet. Even though you can choose your own preference of sweetness ( I chose 50%) my tea tasted overly sweet. I got the fruit tea. A different and distinct flavor from other fruit teas I’ve had. Both drinks tasted heavy on sweetness despite the level being 50% and other 25% . However, I would give this place another try since the flavors were distinct and the place was neat and clean.

I just found the best holiday sweet treat combo deal. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. Now until Christmas Eve you can get a matcha latte and 2 original pancake pieces for only 7.99 only at yi fang’s Arcadia and Rowland heights locations. They hand make everything to order. You could taste how high quality the matcha was cuz it was a bit seaweedy, very smooth, earthy, perfectly sweet, and milky.
