I think I am addicted to their iced green tea with boba. I have forgotten how much I love it until I got it recently at Yi Fang. Yi Fang is a Taiwanese Boba and Fruit Tea chain that recently opened an Arcadia location in the Burlington Coat Factory and Pavilion's shopping plaza. I am very happy that Yi Fang chose to open one here. Ever since I had their boba in Berkeley in 2019, I have been longing for an Yi Fang close by. Their boba is warm and chewy. If you don't want to wait, I recommend you order online first. There are happy hour promotions when the drinks are 15% when you order online. I haven't seen the promotions at the in store kiosk. They may be there too. The ambiance is clean and presents an old Taiwan vibe. There are no tables inside and only one bench to sit while you are waiting for your drinks So this is more of a grab and go place. I did see desserts on their menu and can't wait to try them next time!

Stopped by on a weekday evening for some boba! It was a chilly night, so tried the red bean purple rice coconut latte, in a large size and hot, rather than cold. Asked 50% sweet, with whole milk and boba topping. Specifications made the drink just perfect, not too sweet, lots of flavor and textures with the red beans and purple rice and coconut and boba. I recommend trying it hot! What's even more awesome was the friendly service and their willingness to use my reusable tumbler! The person taking my order was helpful with suggestions and personal recommendations as it was my first time there! They're located in the Vons plaza, so plenty of parking. Yi Fang has a bench inside while you wait for your order, but they're mainly a grab and go spot. The plaza and area is great to walk around while enjoying your drink.

Solid boba spot with something for everyone's taste. They have great options for milk teas, fruit teas, and blended drinks that will satisfy anyone's boba craving. Prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of the drink. Their egg waffle bites are so good!! So crispy on the outside and warm on the inside! FYI Their drinks are a bit on the sweeter side so I always like to get my drinks 75% sweet. They have happy hour Monday - Friday from 3pm-6pm so you get 15% off your entire order!

i was so happy to hear that a Yi Fang was opening in Arcadia! the first time i tried it was all the way in San Francisco's Chinatown and always wished it would come here, but my wish came true! i'm really loving trying all the flavors and drinks as their menu is so diverse. they have easy pickup and takeout options by ordering on their 2 kiosks or you can choose to order over the counter. i love their system where they give an estimated time to when your drink is done and i love that we see if it's done or being prepared. everyone is really nice, i remember losing my wallet, i called in and they gave it to me, thank you so much. either way i love all of their fruit teas, especially the peach and or passionfruit one, and their mango pomelo sago is really good as well. i recently tried their hot ginger longan tea, which was really yummy just a little sweet for me. definitely come here to add another great boba shop into your rotation (:

didn't get to take a pic since I scarfed down my tea but!! Jasmine milk tea 75% sweetness, less ice, with aiyu tea jelly was so so good! 9/10 Tea flavor is strong and perfectly milky! Aiyu tea jelly is refreshing and adds even more tea flavor Also tried the 2 piece chocolate pancake snack which was pretty yum as well. 8/10

Great tasting fruit teas and boba drinks! We ordered the mango fruit tea, taro milk tea and their pancakes. Everything was so delicious!! Got the original pancakes and they came out warm with a nice crust on the outside and soft and doughy on the inside. Staff was very helpful and answered questions we had about non-caffeinated drinks and such. Drinks came out quite fast considering how many people were waiting. When in this area again, I will definitely stop by for more teas and pancakes!!
The tea here is always strong and solid. Their flavors are unique. The egg pancake is very good, not too cakey or dry.

Such a cute cafe! The menu is just limitless and overwhelming but the staff is so nice they always help! You can't go wrong with any of the milk teas especially the brown sugar one.. and the cute little waffles shaped into your boba drink like how cute is that?!!

Went up to order at the register and waited for several minutes. No one said anything, just to realize the register is closed. Boba is so hard my teeth is hurting from chewing it, it's undercooked. Wouldn't come here again, you're better off going to the San Gabriel location.

Nice yi fang located next to menya hanabi in the vons plaza. Mango pomelo sago is always our favorite. The hubby says theirs was a little icier, the one on valley makes a better one (honestly could just be that one time). Taste delicious to me. When you walk in, they smell like egg/hk waffle. They have their own yifang mold, nice touch. Filling is kind of whatever. I'd rather have the original. The chocolate syrup taste like basic hersheys. Very nice & helpful staff.

Came during their Happy Hour for 15% off (M-F 3-6p). Check in for the free topping. Parking was super easy with the massive parking lot with a bunch of adjacent stores. Shop is super small so this is more of an order to go. No sit down besides a bench for waiting. No line and drinks were made in about 5min. 8/10 Mango Pamelo Sago $7 - mango flavor was a bit light, not too sweet, sago was bomb. 9/10 Kumquat sugarcane $7 - sugarcane tasted fresh and authentic. Sweetness was a bit high but that is typical for sugar cane juice and balances out with the tangy kumquat flavor which it needed more of.
